Absolutely the best companies customer…
Absolutely the best companies customer service I have ever dealt with. The quality of the glasses are fantastic. I will never buy sunglasses from another company. I just can’t recommend Cloos more!!!!

I love my Christopher Cloos sunglasses
I love my Christopher Cloos sunglasses. I have had a great experience with the customer service team. They really went above and beyond what is required as a company to make sure that I was a happy customer. I am going to recommend CC to my friends and family. This is my third pair of sunglasses that I have purchased and will definitely be back.

Not the best fit unfortunately
Like the look but the space between the lenses is too much. Keeps wanting to slide down and doesn’t want to stay in place.

My go-to brand
As a really big consumer of sunglasses, and have had every single brand and type - Christopher Cloos remains as one of my go-to brands, if not the go-to brand. Never had any problems with delivery nor quality of the sunglasses. Would recommend to anyone whos looking for a good quality pair of glasses to a completely fair price!

So comforteble. At first i thought most of the sunglasses semmed a bit steep, but the diffrence in quality to what im used to is just too great to go unnoticed.

Terrible Customer Service
I bought glasses in June - they were good quality but I didn't like the fit so I returned them. I had to ask 5 times for a return label and was bombarded with offers that I was not interested in. My return was received in July and as of September 21, I still haven't received my refund. I received no confirmation of the return and I doubt I'd ever have gotten any notice if I hadn't asked for my refund. I've emailed over a dozen times since August for my refund and have been met with slow responses, unfulfilled timelines for the refund, and multiple excuses (new credit system, etc). It is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and they also deleted my earlier negative review (that I left in hopes to get my money back). The sunglasses are nice, but good luck trying to return them.

Christopher Cloos provides great and…
Christopher Cloos provides great and responsive customer service. I had a pair of glasses which - unfortunately broke - as one screw was loose on one of the frames. Christopher Cloos responded quickly by first trying to repair the frames - free of charge - and when that did not work out, Christopher Cloos chose sent me a new pair of glasses - also free of charge. The glasses are of super high quality and very stylish. I would recommend their glasses to anyone.

Super cool frames and great customer support
Amazing brand. Frames are super cool and modern, with a nice feel and fit. I have a few frames, but my favourite is Paloma Bourbon.
Perfect customer support, smooth process and a great interaction when I exchanged one of the frames.
So overall, really recommend the brand :)
