Ordered a pair of sunglasses from this company, returned them over 2 months ago, and still no update on my refund. I have contacted customer service a handful of times, only to be consistently given excuses about why they haven't been able to process it.

"Due to a change in software provider, experienced a large systems malfunction causing the payment system to be without functionality. Essentially, the implementation led to a 'scramble' between the front and back end, meaning that the system is not running before the issue is manually resolved. Our tech team and an external team of experts are currently involved in solving the issue to establish full functionality again. We expected this to be resolved within a few days, but this is taking longer than expected, hence the delay with your refund."

This was the first excuse and there have been multiple since. Completely unacceptable.

I'm currently on my second pair and the quality is just astounding. Great service in the store and over-all just a hugely recommendable product.

Quickly replaced a broken frame free of charge after I lost a screw. Just needed the original order. Didn't have that so they were able to address lookup the order and had no problem with that. Everything went super smoothly.

I ordered three sun glasses and they looked good but came too late. I did sent them back in September and they arrived in Kopemhagen. Since then I am waiting for the refund. Initially the return to my credit card apparently did not work, they asked me to set up a PayPal account. But also with solution, I am waiting for the money since 1 month. NEVER AGAIN!

Katastrophale Abwicklung. Nach 4 Monaten habe ich immernoch nur eine von 2 bestellten Brillen erhalten. Per Mail werde ich immer wieder mit neuen Lieferdaten vertröstet, die nie eingehalten werden. Vor 4 Wochen habe ich nun meine Bestellung storniert, eine Rückerstattung habe ich bislang noch nicht erhalten. Absolut keine Empfehlung, maximal unseriös!

Update: Nach der Bewertung wurde ich von Christopher Cloos kontaktiert. Ich erhielt eine teilweise Erstattung und das Versprechen, die Brille bis zum 16.12. zu erhalten. Dieser Termin ist nun erneut verstrichen und wieder keine Lieferung. Das Unternehmen scheint extreme operative Probleme zu haben. Ich kann jedem nur davon abraten, sich diesen Stress an zu tun.

Without a doubt the best sunglasses you can acquire. No future trips are happening without a pair of CC’s. Definitely not the last pair I’m buying!

Det var tid til at få købt nogle solbriller, så jeg var et smut forbi butikken. Jeg fandt et par Mala briller som jeg er super glad for. Det var en virkelig god service man fik i butikken, og betjeningen var i top. Jeg har fået mange komplimenter på brillerne, og jeg kommer helt sikkert igen. :)

Unfortunately, my second pair of Brady x Cloos failed in the arm again. These are BEAUTIFUL glasses, I get compliments on them all the time. However, Cloos support quickly and easily fixed my issue under warranty, and sent a new pair without any trouble. This takes them from being a one-time purchase, to life-long brand loyalty. I can't express how grateful I am for making this an easy process. Do (and will continue) to recommend to friends and family!!

Har nu venter i næsten 14 dage på min ordre (bestilt d. 3/11), og har intet hørt. Har forsøgt at skrivet til kundeservice, men heller ikke respons.

Havde håbet på en bedrer service fra et ellers godt brand….

Blev hurtigt kontaktet af Charles fra Cloos, og vi fik løst problemet og fik brillerne sendt med ekspres!

I LOVE my Christopher Cloos sunglasses. I've never been able to find a pair that really fits my face, but these are absolutely perfect. It's like they were customized to give me the perfect look. If you're looking for an upgrade on your sunglasses, I would highly recommend Christopher Cloos!
