Ripping loyal customers off
I pay annually for a service and upkeep of my alarm system. The system stopped communicating with the app which is used to set the system. An engineer attended and spent significantly less that an hour updating as they weren’t able to do this remotely. Their problem not mine.
They then tried to charge me over £450 for this. Absolutely shocking behaviour.
