Months of doing nothing
9 weeks now since an extremely clear, straightforward, small claim was put in. I’ve had one communication regarding the claim after badgering them constantly, they’re dragging their heels in the hope I’ll do it through home insurance. In the meantime myself and kids have been going elsewhere to shower each morning, it’s been a nightmare. They know the situation, there can be no doubt as to the veracity of the claim and yet here we are. If you look at the positive reviews they are regarding joining up, rarely about payouts.
Under this they will put a link that doesn’t work so as to look as if they’re bothering.

Very helpful advisor who explained everything in terms that were easy to understand. The whole process was smooth and I am very pleased with the outcome. This was my first experience of making any claim in all of the 60 years I have been driving. Naturally I felt a bit nervous but I needed not to be because the advisor put me at ease.
