CHUUG Reviews

Absolutely love the mugs. Ordered for my wedding party. Everything came out perfect, they were great about making sure they got shipped in time for the event, communication was good with the company and product was fantastic.

So excited to get our chuugs and they are awesome, thank you very much

I bought 4 mugs for my mates and we all love them! Very well made. Looking forward to many cheers! Thank you for putting out such a quality product. It will be passed down for many generations 🍻

I ordered 5 Chuugs and they arrived just as promised. I'm looking forward to giving them to my groomsmen.

Beautifully crafted tankard & the personalisation makes it very special as I bought for a gift for someone who is difficult to buy for. Website is easy to navigate & item is well wrapped up on delivery. Keep up the brilliant work

All good delivered ontime

Great Quality, beautiful mug!
Wife and I just love them!
Thank you!

Bought 4 chuugs, 1 each for the family.
We all love them, they look fantastic and I have already been asked where I got them.
Had a slight problem with one but it was replaced with what I can only describe as one of the best after sales service ever.
Keep on chuuging and can't wait to place a crown on my chugg

The chuug is great fun and a great addition to the bbq gear. I personally think that they are brilliant, my wife a little more reserved, but she's warming to it 🙂

My order of two tankards arrived last evening. OMG, they are so effing beautiful, much nicer than what I expected from the web site. I ordered two, one for my daughter and one for her mate. My only regret is that
I didn't order a third one for myself. I got these two to give as Christmas presents but I just might give them at Thanksgiving, I can't wait. They will be very pleased.

I bought three Chuggs on my first order. One for me and two as gifts. Outstanding in every regard: quality, design, removable inside for proper care. Feels great, looks great. Now ordering more for my friends and family so we can all Chugg together!!

Great items and great customer service when I made contact before the purchase . Bought for two good friends 50th birthday!

I was sitting in my feasting hall when one of my shield bearers delivered the mighty Chuug to me straight from the craftsmen that created this beautiful piece of drinking art!
It kept my brew wonderfully cold & looked awesome in my fist while I celebrated my latest victory in battle!
This is truly the cup of the Gods!

Yeah, love it & service was legendary as well!

I received my tankards yesterday. I was very excited as I had been waiting for awhile to receive them and was looking forward to trying one out. I bought two for myself and two for family. When I saw the box I did not think they were the Chuug tankards because of the dented light weight cardboard box I saw sitting by my gate, not brought up to the house. I brought the box in and opened it and none of the tankards was in an individual box. When purchased I expected: "gorgeous presentation boxes that make these items wonderful presents for friends and family". Instead each was wrapped in plastic and just stuck in the box with no additional protection. I will have to figure out how to repackage these before giving as gifts. That being said, I did not notice any damage to any of the tankards and they do look beautiful. I look forward to years of good drinking with these tankards and will provide an additional review after using them for awhile. I am in the process of trying to order crowns for each of the tankards, but the process has been a bit cumbersome. Possibly because they are out of stock at present.

Beautiful mugs and well crafted. The box took a beating coming across the pond but the mugs were well packaged and no damage.

I just got mine today. Quality and presentation both perfect. This is a masterpiece.

You are asking for my review and I haven’t received my order yet. Not a good start.
