CHUUG Reviews

The steins are beautiful and l like the sturdy handle. My liner fits perfectly when screwed in. My wife's does not fit as well so that is a little disappointing. It doesn't screw down evenly to the wooden shell.

It's been almost a month since I ordered and I have no idea where it is. After 3 weeks, I finally got an email stating that it was on it's way! Still nothing and no further indication when it will get here. However, I am getting a continual stream of marketing messages, there is no shortage of those. I ordered it for a special occasion and that occasion is only 3 days now so I'm certain it's not going to arrive on time. Brutally expensive, $161.00 cdn for a cup. I hope it is special. And now I'm getting requests to review it before it even arrives. Great marketing! But no cup in sight.

I bought 6 Chuugs for Christmas gifts but when they arrived I couldn’t wait to give them out. Everyone loved them. My only regret is I forgot to order one for myself. I’ll be sure to do that.

Everything came on time. Each piece was wonderfully crafted. Everything feels good in the hand and looks good in the box. Absolutely lovely.Drinking vessels can't wait to use one.

Great product and tracking was excellent. Bought a a gift, but so good need to order one for me.

Amazing quality product.
Excellent communication after order.
Swift order completion.
Unique design and look.

Got my CHUUG as a Fathers day pressie from one of my boys, love it! The mug feels good in the hand, holds a decent amount of beer, and keeps that beer cold for ages. Skol!

Absolutely love the chuug, best drinking vessel I've ever owned, I highly recommend to everyone

Great product that arrived safely. It’s a manly mug and I like it.

I ordered these for Christmas gifts. Took about 5 weeks to receive which was fine. Great packaging and look great, exactly as shown on their site. Till have a few months before they are used.

I never received my Chuug. I live in Tampa FL.
Very disappointed.

Can’t really write a review about a product I didn’t receive. I ordered the mug in mid August for my husband’s birthday coming up this weekend (mid September) and I still haven’t received anything. Not only have I not received the mug but there has been no updates on it either. It says it will update you on the shop app but on mine it still says “waiting for details”. Then I got a random email stating that my mug has entered the country. It has since been over a week and I have gotten no additional details. I called the company that sent the email (which took about 10 attempts) and they couldn’t tell me a single thing about my package and that they have to investigate it and will let me know in a day or two. The fact that I spent almost $100 on a mug and have gotten no information on it is kinda crazy…

Well made product. Looks and feels great. Very pleased with it. It makes drinking a pint of beer feel special.

The Tanke makes everything De-blooming-lovely! Good service, great product. Cheers

Unfortunately, I just learned a few days the shipping of my order which I don’t know when will be delivered. I wasn’t expecting any request for a review just yet probably because i am aware of the status of my delivery and you not. Actually it does irritates me now because you just reminded that I haven’t received my order. By the way, my 3 stars review are for a your informative emails.

This is a beautifully constructed thing of beauty. Can’t fault it.

Thank you so much for my tankard . I bought four I just got them today. I love them and we’ll relish them. I love good beer, strong beer. Can’t wait to start. Enjoy them for rest of summer. I’m in Petaluma California. It’s actually 95° here. Just pour an IPA in it 10.6 I can’tthank you enough they’re just beautiful and I love beer. I can’t wait to show my friends. Thank you and good night from Jon.🇺🇸🤙🥥🌴🍺🍺🍺.

I got two CHUUG's, one for me and my fiancée. Her's is a Dusk/Charcoal and mine is a Midnight
/Natural. They are gorgeous and the construction is sound feels like they will last us a lifetime. When we get married we will be drinking out of our CHUUG's for many years to come!

Brilliant Quality and Communication, but the inner linning and wooden sleeve do not line up so presents a double edge to your lips, which becomes more annoying once you notice it!
