Bought for my son, for the birth of his first child, not yet arrived so not presented yet but product looks great and construction updates were really good, bought two because of price reduction and haven't yet decided what to do with the second! Delivery was prompt.

Saw the Chuug V3 advertised on Facebook and liked it so much I ordered two: one for me, one for my son. Chuug kept in touch throughout the process; they said it would be built from scratch and so would take a while to complete the order, but I got regular email updates saying “it’s being made”, “it’s passed QC”, “it’s on its way” and so on. Just taken delivery of it and still love the look of it. Feels great in your hand and I’m sure it will be a talking point when I wheel it out to have a few beers in it with friends.
Really quirky product, but still a quality item; I really recommend getting one.

Exactly as advertised. A quality product so delivery takes a little time. They are worth the wait. I've bought a few for some mates and they love them. Perfect gift.

Ordered 2 tankards. Look great however after one wash (of the detachable liners) in the diswasher (the blurb says specifically they’re dishwasher safe) the piss poor plastic threaded connector cam away from the liner of one of them rendering it virtually unusable.

The trip across the pond, make sure you have enough time, if it is a gift for somebody or a special occasion.

I did not have any special location or birthday. So everything worked out well for me. Very pleased with how everything looked, just as it was online. I like all 3 colors of wood, I only had the charcoal handles. Possibly the next version I'll purchase ones with the lighter colored handles.

Personalized medallin, maybe it could be larger.
However each medallion/CHUUG I purchased looks really, really sharp. I am glad to have purchased my CHUUG's!!!

Like I've been missing something that is now filled.This mug 🍺 hope to be the one mug for the price.cheers

Arrived nicely packaged. Look awesome and are great to drink from. Will be looking in to sending some as gifts.

If you are not sure, trust me, get it! This thing is awesome! Great quality. Communication on delivery was great too.

Update: the mugs arrived and they are very nice I look forward to enjoying them .be prepared to wait for an extended period to receive.The fact I have this review indicates even Chug thinks I have these mugs but alas still no mugs yet.ordered mid August still waiting on 3 mugs .with a custom single letter pendant there really isn’t much custom on the order.all someone has to do is affix the correct letter from a bin full of those letter badges.frustrating waiting and difficult to track order with shop

Ordered 2 on August 12, still haven't received them. Made the mistake of ordering 2 more on August 17, haven't even shipped yet. God only knows when those will arrive. Ridiculous amount of time. I've received custom items from China in a third of the time.

Great product bought for my friend who is getting msrried Saturday. Toats going to be good fun.

One of the mugs stainless inner liner was not centered in the mug. It looks bad and I do not want to use it. The stainless rim hangs over one side and does not cover the other. It needs to be fixed or replaced. I ordered two mugs, one was perfect. The other is not and I want to see about replacing it.

Customized and still delivered to US in less than a month. Mugs are even more impressive in person! Well packaged and protected, my products (I bought 3 of them) all arrived without a scratch.
These are amazing gifts. Highly recommend them.
