Kind of dumb to ask for a review before I have receive the product.

I asked for the V3 for my birthday and my mother in law bought it for me. The presentation box was AWESOME!! I am so excited about the insert being dishwasher safe and even though I will drink mild/tame beverages out of it, I’m stoked to have it in my pantry!

LOVE IT!! Arrived ahead of expected delivery date. Used it straight away when temperatures were souring. Kept my beer really cool. Extremely well made and worth every penny. If you haven't got one you are missing out!

Amazing quality mugs, the wood feels solid and I like the removable inside. Only downside is the individual price which is £70+ with a medallion so it’s only worth it when buying a bundle. I would rather the mugs cost slightly more and medallions were included.

Just got my order last night!!! They look great and can't wait to use them tonite.

This was a gift for my brother who is recovering from cancer and has a birthday in October, 60 years young living in New Zealand. Brilliant service, lovely tactile quality and beautifully wrapped. Thank you. I hope to have one for myself soon.

My first time owning a CHUUG. My experience so far has been pleasant ☺️
I get what people are saying about the lip between the inner lining and the edge of the mug, but I haven't dribbled yet. The build quality of the mug is indicative of them having a boom in orders, the quality! its just not quite there for me. It does however keep drinks hot/cold. As a future improvement suggestion if you have not already thought of and burned is a widget so lager has a "head" throughout and does not go flat for the "slower" drinkers. Still 5☆☆☆☆☆ for me.

I ordered it on August 5th and received it on August 25th. That's pretty good for international shipping. I haven't used it yet but everything on it looks good. I'm able to fit all my fingers inside the handle. The handle is more flexible than I expected. I thought it would be stiffer but that's fine I'm sure it'll be good.

I have a few comments re Chuug vessels. I found the inner lining did not fit flush with outside wood leaving a 1mm gap, this made drinking from it disconcerting. The inner lining does not tighten wholly and leaves movement.
The compound used to fit rope handle is messy and looks unprofessional. We found that the metal feet on the Chuug let's it slide when carried on a tray. This applies to both vessels. The attention to detail is unacceptable at this price point.

Loved, LOVED the ad and the how-to-care video. Yes, you hooked me, and I have my first order. After looking at them and seeing that they were as nice as they appeared, I placed another order for the guys at my business.

SUGGESTION.. A ladies' mug. Maybe with Gold Rope and some styling on the wood grain?? A little smaller for smaller grips but could be taller so it holds the same amount.

That was my only disappointment: not being able to get one for the ladies. The other item is the cost of the lids. Those seem a bit .. umm.. HIGH!!.. :( I wish you had those available at the same time when I purchased with some form of discount. Anyway, I am on the list and will check them out when you get them in stock.

I bought a Chuug for my older son's 51st birthday. When the package arrived, my daughter, who is very hard to please said, "Oooh, I'm jealous!" which is her highest praise!! I'm impressed with the quality and can hardly wait until my son's birthday to see his reaction. Thanks, Chuug.

Very high quality product that is quite pleasing to the eye.

In hindsight, I should have gotten two of these exceptionally awesome mugs.

I have been asked to review my order, but unfortunately, I can give neither a positive nor a negative response. I ordered the item while visiting family in the UK and after two weeks it had still not arrived, so I never got to see it or take it with me when I returned to Australia. It is probably my fault for not fully reviewing the shipping terms, but I saw 'express delivery' and given how fast my other online deliveries had shipped, I assumed it would take around a week. It's a shame because it looked like a lovely, unique item.

I happened to visit Norway last month so the Viking experience was still with me. These mugs are just incredible and of amazing quality! I bought 2. Now I’m looking to buy even more.

I found it amusing that I would receive an email requesting a review when I have yet to receive the product!
