CHUUG Reviews

What a great made drinking vessel. Before these I was using just a glass mug, and while the glass was bigger it created so much condensation it was annoying to deal with. Chuug with it's wood body and metal inside creates no condensations and makes me drink more "responsible"

Amazing quality product feels fantastic holding tankard rope habdle is a master move

Great service, superb bit of kit.

Fantastically made, turned up promptly and keeps stuff cold good 👍🏼😁

We LOVE the quality and craftsmanship! Most of all, we love the COMPANY!! We had an issue with one of our purchases and GRACE responded quickly and with "grace" we will be buying more as gifts for our friends!! We love CHUUG!! The Griffiths

I was in awe of this mighty vessel. I stride around my house in the knowledge that I look magnificent with my Chuug of black Assam tea, and I tell my wife how magnificent and mighty I look holding my Chuug, and she is speechless, because it is so. I will be purchasing another Chuug for my granddaughter, and she will hold it aloft, like the Norse goddess Sif, mighty and beautiful, just as soon as she grows out of her sippy cup. This Chuug gives me much pleasure

I upgraded my Chuug for myself and my best mate, not that there is anything wrong with our original purchases and I am way more than impressed that the quality is as good if not better than the original, many thanx Chuug, you have gone above and beyond 🫶

Great service, arrived after 1 week.
Quality of the tankard is excellent

Seriously good build quality.
The finish on the wood is top quality even has fine engravings,
the rope handle is strong,
the metal drink section has a screw holder at the bottom so it will not fall out and the lip of the metal meets the wood perfectly so there is no horrible gap waiting to cut your lips,
they even thought about putting metal dimples for feet at the bottom of the chug so it will sit flat.
This product is no joke it’s the real deal

Really nice cool drinking vessel. However I find the the rope gives a bit too much and thought would be stiffer , also starting to fray already and the black plastic screw cap comes off the metal cup when inserting it back in after washing. All in all though I really like it .

I usually dont leave reviews, but this deserves it.

Came across Chuug on Facebook, and their funny advertising caught my attention and pushed me to look into them a bit more. Straight away, the company seemed to be built around high standards, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Received my Chuug, and honestly, everything they advertise is bang on.

The craftsmanship is perfect — it genuinely feels like a piece of art to hold your drink. I keep finding myself looking over at it! The quality is excellent too, and I can’t see myself using anything else for my drinks now.

I originally thought I might need to put the metal part in the fridge to keep it cold. Nope! It stays cold without needing to go in the fridge, and even after washing it with hot water, it cools back down surprisingly quickly.

100/10. I’ll definitely be buying more as gifts. It also comes in great packaging, making it perfect for gifting, and you can even add a personalised message.

Top-tier product, top-tier company. 👌

If you are looking for a bad ass tankard, beautifully made in Britain, look no further.
Want to stand out at the beer festival? This is for you. Great customisation options, great service and arrived quickly. In case you are wondering (I was) the stainless steel liner unscrews from the bottom for washing (DON'T wash the wood). I ordered 2 and will be back for more gifts for mates.
Thank you Chuug, it will be joining me in my coffin on the trip to Valhalla!

I like novelty things. Having something that not everyone else owns and that's what intrigued me when I saw the picture of this mug. I read about it and read reviews and went and ordered one. It was exactly as described by the company and other reviewers. It came in and I was impressed and have used it every day since I got it. I'm going to have to order a second one, because whenever anyone comes over and see's me drinking from mine, they ask if I have another one. Go ahead and order two when you place your first order, you won't regret it.

I bought 3 V3s for two friends and myself. We were so impressed with the quality and functionality of the tankards that I bought 6 more for Christmas gifts.

We received our cups today and they look great! They were well packaged and unboxxing them was fun! The insert fits perfectly. Everything was exactly as advertised. We do need a great commercial of the founder sailing to the US in a skiff to make a delivery!

Cant wait to use them this evening after work, the only sad part is I wont be a tankard of Abbot Ale!

Well,
They still didn't return my email, but the mug came and I am VERY pleasantly surprised at the quality and craftsmanship. The stainless steel drinking insert is threaded and dishwasher safe. This is the V3 version. I will be featuring this on my Facebook page, OldGuysDrinkingBeer. My friends will be impressed and I know what they are getting for Christmas/Hanukkah. I think they're onto something . .
5 stars for quality.

Saw the advert and was so impressed by the presentation that I felt compelled to try the product, discounted if you bought two, so my son is also getting one for Christmas! Really does keep your beer cold, first try was on the hottest day of the year and even after half an hour it was still cold (shame on me for taking half an hour to drink it). Haven’t tried with a coffee but I reckon it would keep it hot, try as I may, I couldn’t drink a pint of coffee no matter how long it stays hot!

I got my Chug Mug today and it's awesome!! I'm looking forward to some cold beers!! Thank you CHUG!!!AAAAAAA +++++++

Chuug is absolutely brilliant for hot or cold drinks and when I’m not using it it’s acts as a piece of furniture on my cabinet. A truly great piece of work and I paid extra for the medallion with my initial on which makes it unique, highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
