I am writing to formally express my utter disappointment with the appalling service I have received from your company. From start to finish, this experience has been nothing short of disastrous, showcasing a complete lack of professionalism, ethics, and basic customer service. I paid £350 for a 6-yard skip and an exchange that never took place, with no prior communication regarding any protocols I was supposedly required to follow. Your driver failed to even knock on the door, and now I am being blamed for not answering, which is entirely unjustified. To make matters worse, my repeated emails about this issue have been completely ignored, and your team has shown no intention of addressing my concerns. The skip, which was supposed to be collected in December, is still sitting on my property mid-January, leaving my house in a complete mess and causing significant disruption to my daily life.
Your representatives, particularly Mr. Tom Wright and Megan Young, have demonstrated an alarming lack of professionalism. Mr. Tom’s call to demand additional payment for slightly overfilling the skip—despite your failure to fulfill the original service—is utterly unacceptable. This situation ruined both my Christmas and New Year celebrations and forced me to incur additional costs for labor due to your negligence. It is outrageous that, instead of resolving the matter, your company continues to add to my financial and emotional distress. This entire ordeal reflects a severe failure of management, poor communication, and a complete disregard for your customers. I demand an immediate resolution, including a full refund, removal of the skip, and a formal apology. If these issues are not addressed promptly, I will escalate this complaint to the appropriate authorities and ensure others are aware of the unacceptable way your company conducts business.

Skip ordered for 20 December 2024 and…
Skip ordered for 20 December 2024 and confirmation received. No sign of skip on the morning of delivery date. Phoned company to be told they cant guarantee morning delivery (it was now after 12!) . Waited a couple of hours, phoned again to be told unfortunately there wasn't a skip for me ! Offered a skip mid January or a refund. Took the refund. It was too late to get another skip in and my builders had to put all the bricks and hardcore in front gravelled garden. Despite them being careful , plaster and mortar has spilled off the protective sheeting they put down and ruined the gravel, not to mention having a great big pile of rumble and bricks in garden over Christmas. As builders were only at mine for 2 days, and the skip was down to me, i was the one who has had to now load a skip i got from another company . Still no sign of refund 148/01/25. Another call to company to be told they were waiting some details from me to be able to refund (last 4 digits of card I paid on ) Fail to see why that was needed or not checked during the call offering refund. So I'm still out of pocket for refund and will have to replace the gravel in front garden, all because the ordered and confirmed skip did not show up !

I can see why they have such a low rating and I now wish I had used a local company rather than a national broker which circle waste are. I ordered a skip on line and received my confirmation along with terms and conditions an hour after payment was taken. They tried to deliver today but they sent such a large vehicle with other empty skips on it they couldn’t get down my lane. As a result they are now charging me £120 for non delivery. When checking their terms it states they need at least 12 feet in road width. I’ve measured my lane at 14 feet at its narrowest point. They have stated they could have delivered a skip using a smaller skip lorry. The problem with this company is they are just brokers and pass your booking on to local skip companies and collect their commissions. Anything goes wrong and they are not interested. Very poor customer service with no empathy. I’ve disputed the charge with my credit card company and I would advise anyone using these national brokers to read the comments posted before committing.

The service for the last collection was very poor. No one answered the phone, and they arrived at a random time. Be cautious! if the collection is unsuccessful for any reason, you will be held responsible and charged £125. Additionally, their skips are significantly more expensive; simply compare them with Wetherby Skip Services Ltd.

Allowed me to book a date that apparently wasn't available, we weren't made aware that was the case, the booking date was just changed. We only found out on day the skip was due, when we phoned to check on timings.

Avoid this company , took 270 pound payment and never showed! Some of the lads needed to get back to London so delayed their journey waiting for a skip never to show … just complete liars .. numerous phone calls , please don’t waste your time !!

Ordered a skip didn’t turn up . Ordered another from another company, didn’t turn up, turns out these two companies are different branches. Do not use them . They are a broker who give you a day and that means nothing. I was expecting today (mon) as said I phone , turns out.no skips till next monday.
Also one told me what I couldn’t put in it and one said just put everything in it which isn’t factually true .
Very cross.
If I could have given a 0 I would have done. And to top it all keeping my money for 3-5 days and the other said 5-7. Quick enough to take it.

I am not impressed with this Company. They do not provide the skips. They are a Broker who contacts a local firm to you and then marks up the price.
Their telephone system is a joke, often cutting you off after waiting some time for an answer. Furthermore, it seems to take an age for them to answer the telephone.
They didn't pass on crucial information to the collection firm about the skip content weight resulting in two visits to collect it, rather than one.
You will probably find it is cheaper to go as local as you can to your location

I’m angry 1 is the lowest I can give them a. Do not use this company. There’s making a profit and then there’s taking the absolute mick.
Skip was delivered and then. Within 2 mins it was collected 2 mins later.
Long story short paid for skip and permit they omitted to tell me abt the parking bay suspension. They then asked me to pay another £170. I asked if they were not willing to reduce the amount bcoz it was their mistake. They refused so I Asked for a refund. I contacted the council directly abt this parking bay suspension. They told me the cost is in fact £75. Is this company having a laugh? They are brokers who charge you disgraceful prices. DO NOT USE THEM
