The Marks & Spencer’s of new build houses!
For our first home we couldn’t have dealt with a better sales representative, Diane was so thorough and explained everything to us, and was more than happy to answer any questions we had.
We have reserved our first home and are over the moon!
It really is the Marks & Spencer of new builds, nothing is “extra” it’s all top of the range and included!

Outstanding service from a highly professional and friendly team and who respond to every situation with genuine care and consideration. New-build houses are always going to be fraught with issues during the first couple of years or so and this, of course can be quite stressful at times; it is vital therefore that there is a sympathetic help at hand and which responds with care, help and understanding. The Team at City and Country have always done their utmost to respond and sort out any issues and concerns, many thanks to all of them.

Since writing my last review, I have now moved into my beautiful new home.

Sadly, Julian and Rachel had moved to another development, but I was then looked after by Diane and Anna. They were absolutely amazing, keeping me informed every step of the way and making sure everything regarding the legal process and moving in went as smoothly as possible.

I honestly cannot fault them. Their professionalism, communication, and support made what can be a stressful experience so much easier.

Thank you, Diane and Anna, for making my home-buying journey run so smoothly. I truly appreciate everything you did for me, and I’m now happily settled into my beautiful new home.

Diane has been absolutely great at Manningtree Park, communication has been excellent and always there when we’ve needed her.

We’ve had a great experience with the City & Country sales team so far. From the outset, their communication has been clear, consistent, and genuinely helpful, which makes a big difference when navigating a new build purchase.

They’ve always been easy to get hold of, quick to respond, and happy to answer any questions we’ve had—no matter how big or small. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, and that level of support has made the whole process feel far more straightforward and reassuring.

It’s also been refreshing to deal with a team that takes a practical and fair approach, helping where they can and making things as smooth as possible along the way.

The sales lady Diane, was fantastic - showing great knowledge and a experience, she had a lovely manor. The Manningtree Park site is a credit to City and Country. It is well laid out with plenty of green spaces, shrubs, trees and flowers. The Parker is spacious, with a great layout and a garage. The rooms are well preportioned with lovely sash windows that add to the already aesthetically pleasing exterior. We can't wait to see it completely finished and furnished. Thank you

We moved in only a few weeks ago and there have been a few little snagging details as anyone would expect. C&C have been brilliant, Gintas has been round and corrected everything, he is a great guy. Super efficient, pleasant and good at what he does.

Thank you Gintas! He is a friendly, dedicated and efficient worker who never compromises on quality and rushes his work even if the allocated time is short. He will stay longer or return to finish it to a good standard. He has handled quite a few snags and repairs at my property, consistently delivering thorough, high quality work. I trust him to do the job well and it’s in good hands.

Following recent issues with water ingress, Chad Lord of Customer Care attended and immediately understood the problem. He returned a couple of days later with the required materials and carried out a very good quality repair, which I’m happy with.

We went to King Edward VII on Saturday for the first time, there was a slight chance we might consider buying an apartment there. Chris Buck took the time to tell us about the history, the current plan and the future - he clearly knew his stuff, was passionate about the project but without being pushy whatsoever - a very welcome change from the norm. We took a good long look around the available apartments, the main buildings and the facilities - we were very impressed with the developments and of course the beautiful surroundings - won us over, so much so that we returned on Sunday to show our daughter - thanks again Chris with your patience going through it all again for us!
This is such an important decision, it was pitched just right for us and is now the front runner!

Particular kudos to Ginatas Nemeikis, Customer Care Operative currently on site at C&C’s 1840 development. An excellent job done with timeliness, efficiency and courtesy by a multi-skilled craftsman.

Russell was great help. Fixed an issue we had with our bathroom door, quickly and efficiently.

The on-site representative, Craig, was very pleasant. He made us welcome and provided refreshments. Craig’s knowledge about the Bath Press development was excellent and he was able to answer all our questions.
