We are very happy with our house. Our snagging items and other issues have always been dealt with fairly and promptly by the directors, customer relations and other staff. Chad Lord in particular has gone above and beyond expectations in sorting out numerous issues.

Russell Hugo. Dealing with issues inside & outside my flat Russell has been superb. Today he straightforwardly sorted a difficulty & then checked throughout the flat that no related problems would occur. He explained pleasantly why the problem had occurred and how to avoid it in future. He personifies 'Customer Care'. Thank you Russell.

A big thanks to Gintas who helped us settle in very nicely by being on hand to fix the minor snags we raised after moving in. Gintas was extremely reliable and completed each job to perfection - thank you Gintas .

We purchased and moved in Factory No. 1 (Bedminster, Bristol) couple of years back. Our experience with city and country has more or less been positive. Our interface with the developer have been mostly through the sales and customer care teams and in both cases our interactions have been satisfactory. In particular, work of Mr. Russell from the customer care team stands out. In the first two years while builder's warranty was still active, he visited frequently to fix the small issues that arise in any new property. Every time he visited, he was professional, respectful and did his job with utmost care and precision.

Russell Hugo has been great at sorting any snagging issue I've had. He's so helpful & I'm really happy with everything he has done.
