Looks like i am another victim of there scam. I can now see the reviews ,this is what they do. No response to my emails.no tracking number provided . Avoid at all costs. Will be raising charge back

Scam company like other reviews. Brought the speaker kit on 17th April and still by 3rd may nothing delivered and have stopped replying. Will be raising dispute with bank for refund.

I placed an order in April 2021 for a clutch kit and associated seals. The seals arrived in a separate package without the clutch, at which point I had already had to purchase a clutch kit from GSF to get the car back on the road.
All fine, Mark offered to help and simply asked me to return the clutch kit, which I did. It arrived back with him on June 1st, as confirmed by him via email.
I chased my refund and on the 16th June I was told it would be with me shortly. No further emails were replied to and no refund was issued.

It may have taken some time to put this review online, but looking at recent reviews it's clear that things havene't changed and I certainly don't forget.

Made an order just over 1 week ago.
Contacted them Sunday as order status STILL says " Processing" . STILL Had NO REPLY.
Website says item in stock and postage is "all deliveries with DPD/InPost or Royal Mail Tracked 48"
Clearly it's not!
Maybe I should have checked the reviews first!!

Scammers that don't despatch your orders.
They claim I paid by Paypal, funny because I don't have a PayPal account. I paid from my bank. Where I will have to make a charge back.
They claimed I ordered by 'budget carrier' when I actually paid for 48 hour delivery.
They will despatch nothing then reply to bad Trustpilot reviews with lies.

They replied to my previous review claiming it would be on the way and check my spam folder. In the end I had to get a refund through my bank.

Been waiting weeks for a product that is yet to arrive, when ever I chase up my order I'm met with blunt answers which turn out to be complete BS! Should I happen to ask for tracking info on my order I receive nothing not even a reply. Stay away from this scam and save your money.

Don’t bother wasting your time and money absolute charlatan just can’t help himself with the constant lies always the couriers fault

I ordered something, no confirmation, no replies through their contact form, no product a month later. I wish I checked the trustpilot website.

Update: I have replied with the info that they requested through Trustpilot (excluding the ordernumber, because I never received it even after requesting an update through they website 4x, yes I did check my spam). Absolutely willing to change the review if they can solve it. Yes, I don't post my name publicly on Trustpilot. No, I did not only post negative reviews. One actually states that I had a good experience with the company, they just use a shit courier.

Final update: I have received my product, so I have updated my review. It took so much effort. The product itself is good and works!

They aren't worthy of even 1 star. All the negative reviews are true. Waste of time and waste of money. Completely set of thieving, lying, scamming chancers. Should never be allowed to advertise, buy, sell or trade ever. Totally regret using these. Only saving grace I did get a refund. Don't walk away, run away.

DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. Service kitExcuse after excuse, it’s all about the delivery company letting you down never there company , which it is , they know how to manipulate the system they have been doing it for years. ordered on April 27 claimed it was sent out 29 April. Bull s**t 16th may got PayPal to refund us after a 3 week wait

Terrible company.

Don’t use this service at all - extremely poor service and the general negative consensus should be enough for the average person to deduce an informed decision. I was first told items were lost in the post, then I was told they were damaged. I ordered the wrong parts unfortunately but gave the correct reg: however Mark proceeded to send out the incorrect goods knowing they were wrong. Ive sent the incorrect spark plugs and filter back and was then told the replacements have been lost and he cant afford to keep sending goods out. No proof of posting, and I now will have to pursue the loss through the solicitors.

Utterly horrendous. No parts delievered. No refund issued. Excuse after excuse. 4 months on and we're no further forward. My advice. DO NOT USE.

Mark at citybugstoreuk is a crook and a liar. Do not buy anything from him. He had no intention of sending anything to me. Lie after lie after lie. He refused to give me any tracking information of the imaginary parcel. First it's Yodel then FedEx and then Royal Mail. Shameful human.

Spark plugs mysteriously missing from service kit, ‘lost’ by Royal Mail….TWICE! No tracking numbers provided to prove they had even been despatched, partial refund promised, never received, not worth chasing. Do not use.

More excuses and false promises, only part of the order arrived in separate deliveries even though I ordered a service kit. Quick to respond to messages but nothing else. Promised partial refund but never received. Finally sorted thru resolution centre on PayPal. Will not be using again.

Worse experience every with a purchase on the E Bay platform.
Goods were short shipped and only after numerous contacts with seller and E Bay I recieved my goods. Wish I had checked Trust Pilot before I purchased.

Never received the item I order. Brought the item off the eBay store and waited until past the expected delivery date until getting in contact. They blamed the postal strikes for the delay, after a month of waiting I requested a new speaker upgrade kit to be shipped out or to receive a refund. Now after another two weeks of waiting for the replacement which they agreed to do I still have nothing.
If I do receive the item or get my refund I will remove this review.

Edit: A day later after posting this review I received a parcel containing a pair of plastic yellow sunglasse! And a confirmation email stating that the speaker kit I had ordered had been delivered! This is clearly a scam to show that the parcel had been delivered! I’m now looking to take further action through eBay and companies house.

Placed an order with these cowboys. Big mistake. After waiting nearly 8 weeks for my speakers and sent 6 or 7 emails (only 1 response) to say sorry for the delay ??. Ended up going through PayPal to get my money back. 1 star because you can't give zero but give them 5 stars for being con artists.placed the order in July and got my money back September. STAY CLEAR

Con artists,never received my Peugeot 107 service kit £64.99. various and laughable excuses from them. I don't think they had any intention of sending this This has been ongoing for 6 weeks.I have raised a case with PayPal nothing from them yet which I find odd. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS
