Definitely NOT recommended. I ordered an item on 28th December 2020. The item never arrived. A month later I had still not received the item. At this stage I requested an immediate refund. After another month and 25 emails still no refund.
The worst comany/business!!!

Definitely NOT recommended. Appauling customer service. I ordered an item as a gift for Christmas on 14th December 2020. The item never arrived (no mention at order of any stock issue). I chased a couple of days before Christmas and was assured it had shipped. By 7th Jan I still had nothing, and when I chased again I was told, without apology, that it never shipped and instead there was a stock issue. At this stage I was told it would likely be sent within a week, because of this I declined the offer of a refund and stuck with the order. I wish I hadn't. A month later I had still not received the item. At this stage I requested an immediate refund. The seller response was to send me a photo of a tracking code to assure me the item was on its way. I wait a further couple of weeks and nothing. The seller was unable to give me proof of postage or show that the tracking number given related to my order. Eventually I was refunded through my credit card provider, NOT the seller. This is no way to run a business.

Update in response to sellers comments - yes, I was refunded, two months after my order date but that was the result of my continual efforts and the refund was not from you, it was from my credit card. Your response ignores completely the fact that you let a customer down, you initially said it had shipped when it hadn't (that's dishonest in my opinion) and waiting two months is not an acceptable timescale irrespective of any delivery issue you are alleging. Your attitude showed no regard to meet my needs or expectations as a customer. You do not seem to have any customer service skills when it comes to handling feedback and, interestingly, you are most responsive when replying to poor reiews not when items don't arrive.

Ordered a service kit from them, seamless Process ordering it, a little issue with the courier to no fault of the bug store after some sorting out from the store it arrived promptly and all parts are perfect and all compatible with the citroen C1 I have.

I ordered a service kit for my Toyota Aygo 18/10/2020. In January 2021 I still had not received my order so I opened a dispute with Paypal and got refunded after about a week.

If you are going to take a risk and order from this establishment you should pay through Paypal.

Fantastic online shop ordered the longer rear wiper blade and has made a difference to my view. Ordering was simple and easy and arrived promptly. All questions answered in a timely manner.

I joined the city bug club Facebook group and wanted to get info on servicing my first car. So Mark Colgan messaged to point me to his business.
I then ordered their "Simple Service Kit - 1.0 2005-14" for my Peugeot 107 2009 model.
The kit arrived promptly and at the time, being impressed with the personal touch of being able to directly message Mark and getting the goods, I had given a 5 star review.
So I went and ordered a set of speakers to replace the stock speakers in the car. During checkout it gave me the option to pay by bank transfer, with the reason of avoiding fees because it's a small business. So I obliged and sent the money that way.
I'm now wishing I hadn't because the goods never showed up, and I had to prompt Mark for 4 months for updates before finally asking for a refund, which never came. I asked for a bank refund which didn't happen, next PayPal. Still nothing.
If it'd paid by card at least I'd have got my money back from the back reversing my charge.
I'm really angry at the way this company treated my complaint and haven't still resolved my refund so that is why I'm rescinding my review to 1 star.
In retrospect I should have found it suspicious that payment was offered via bank transfer as I now suspect that some fraud is at play, and that they pretend to send out refunds that will never happen.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered a service kit & arrived promptly but the package arrived damaged due to the courier. The seller couldn't have been more helpful to resolve the issue & I will definitely be recommending them & using them again.

Bought a service kit, delivered fast and was very good quality, with plugs pre-gapped. I looked at buying the parts individually and there was nothing in it, well worth it to have it all arrive together. Very happy, will use again.

This company is a scam and a fraud. I have ordered about 100 euros worth of parts from this company on 28 of June and still to this day it has not arrived to Ireland which shipping takes about 2-3 weeks from the UK i have been in contact with the company the whole time and its always the same answer "i will follow you though" and i get no info after that. this company has been lying to me for the whole time. I did look at reviews before i order anything and most are bad and had same issue like me but I wanted to give them a chance and this is what i get. It just tells me have true the reviews were it's a shame i wasted money and my time and got nothing done to the car. i asked for a refund and they said "I will look it out and we will get this solved" i waited patiently and never got a reply i asked again "has it been solved?" and no reply. Ill be reporting for fraud and scam. please don't buy anything from this company save some time and money. The reply from the company ill get for this will not solve anything.

money taken on order but had to chase delivery on numerous occasions problem blamed on hermes, but couldn't give a tracking number. Asked for refund but this failed twice with various excuses. Eventually bank transfer after 4 weeks and threat of section 75 proceedings! Avoid - do not use

Fast delivery, quality items. (In this case pre-emptive locking wheel nut set, ready for when I get alloys, and a new carpet mat set)

For many/most parts/service items I need for my car, I use the Bug store where it's feasible. Good quality. Normally speedy delivery (with exception to issues outside stores' control (courier problems and currently covid causing delays from suppliers)). Parts are pretty much guaranteed to fit. Store usually prompt to reply to emails if there are any issues, and quick to resolve. Can't fault the service - occasional mistakes/ hiccups do occur, but so far the few I've experienced are down to courier problems, not the store.

If you've got a citybug (107/c1/Aygo/108), definitely recommend as first port of call to buy from (and the associated forums are a great source of help as well) :)
