Ordered a pair of upgraded speakers from City Bug Store and when they arrived the connector did not fit. This was no fault of City Bug Store however, but the fault of the manufacturer JVC. I emailed City Bug Store to explain my problem and was offered a new cable instantly. As I was near where they are based I asked if I could show them the problem in person. This request was met quickly and I was supplied with a new cable set and even had the cables fitted to the speakers for me. The speakers have since been fitted to my car and are working perfectly. They always replied to my emails very quickly and showed a very high standard of customer service. Will definitely be using this store again when I need anything for my C1! Would highly recommend this site to anyone with a City Bug. They really know their stuff!

Dishonest trader! I never received what I ordered, still no refund after three and a half months, just lame excuses and attempts to shift the blame.
I have sent more than 10 emails to this "retailer" informing him that he did not send what I ordered and asking for a refund of the amount he charged to my account three and a half months ago. One of these numerous emails dated May 28th showed the amount, as did another from 11th June and another on 18th June when I sent him detail of the transaction pasted from my statement. He has had all the information from me that he needs.

All arrived within a week, quick delivery cannot fault them.

First order today, all was super, thank you so much.

Good quality products with excellent service.
It's great to have a store with expertise in these cars. Where I can buy kits for my Aygo, and know it will work. Instead of having to find the spec for parts, and buy them all individually.

Superb service, ordered smoothly and fantastic communication with either email or their facebook page direct. Ordered a oil change kit which the included top brands. Recently ordered an audio cable to make speakers plug and play. Thanks for the great service!

Worst costumer service ever recieved. Never turn back on mail even though they promise to do so. Ordered the 26th of december 2018. Today I still havent recieved anything. Thats f’ing 7 months! And even though I have emailed 3-4 times wanting my money back, they come up with a bad excuse and say they will send another shipment. Still havent got my money back. Im gonna have to report them for fraud, because they arent gonna send me back my money. Do NOT buy from this company if youre not from the UK. They wont take you seriously.

I ordered an air filter from the shop for my Citroen C1.
After 10 days I wrote a polite e-mail to the shop explaining I was still waiting for it.
Here is the answer :
"Hi
We will send another today "
No sorry, no good bye, just the minimum to communicate, quite rude. They did not even send it back on the same day, but two days after.

Good products, good prices but poor service.

Had a enjoyable shopping experience ordering a pair of dash speaker upgrade kit for my daughter's 107. Fast delivery service with excellent customer service. Will definitely order again from these guys. Cheers!!

Order took much longer than expected but customer care was really good at all times, CBS replied within the hour every time I emailed. Product arrived today and is a lot better in quality than I had thought it would be. Would recommend highly unless you are in a rush for your parts.

Ordered 2 pairs of speakers well before Christmas. Had an email to say they had been despatched, they never arrived. No tracking info as they were sent by second class post. Contacted the company and they confirmed the parcel had been returned to them after Christmas. I’ve chased them every few days since for my refund and there’s always an excuse why it’s not been processed. It’s now been 6 weeks and they told me today “these things can take a few days”. Non-existent customer service, very poor attitude. I now need to contact my credit card company for a charge back. They never sign their one sentence replies to my emails. Amateur business. Spend your money elsewhere.

Ordered part for my daughters car process was quick and easy. Email to say it’s on it’s way waited over a week no sign,so a quick email to them and it was quickly sorted with a another part being sent out arrived within two days Excellent customer service would use again
