Looks like i am another victim of there scam. I can now see the reviews ,this is what they do. No response to my emails.no tracking number provided . Avoid at all costs. Will be raising charge back

Let´s try to get this done this way...
Been waiting about four months for my order. Some of the stuff has came but I´m still waiting for the rest. The email count regardin this order is over 45, so belive me I have tried to do everything. I have had the same treatment as others that have given bad reviews. The packages don´t seem to arrive ever. Same excuses, no tracking numbers, "mail lost it", "will resend". Been promised a tracking number but never gotten one. After I asked for refund they sent me only a part of the order. They said that it´s been sent in two packages. The two came but there are still parts missing. Wish I would have found these reviews before I ordered.
Update:
Email account is now over 70... The conversation is hilarious. Short answers never stops...
The missing parts never came and promised refund is also still missing.

City Bug Store, Exeter - Buyer beware !
I don’t routinely leave feedback on review sites but I felt it necessary in this case, after my one and only dealing with City Bug Store based in Exeter
My daughter’s Peugeot 107 needed some gearbox oil. Having searched the internet, I came across City Bug Store which identifies itself as a ‘small family owned business that just love the Citroen C1 and its companion cars’ Their website is good and I had hoped that I would be able to get this and any other parts from a supposedly knowledgeable, independent business and marque specialist. How wrong I was ...
I placed an order on 10th January 2018 for two bottles of gearbox oil, total value £9.97
18th January 2018 - The oil had not arrived, I sent the company an email to query why not and if it had definitely been dispatched – I received an email reply (staff member not named) to say ‘Yes on the way Andrew’
23rd January 2018 – Oil still not arrived, so I sent a second chaser email – asking if it had possibly got lost or delayed . I received an email reply (again from an unnamed member of staff) to say that it would be shipped out again with an ‘alternative service’
27th January 2018 – Oil still not arrived, so I sent a third chaser email – I had been waiting over 2 weeks for it to arrive and asked for a refund. I received an email reply (from an unnamed member of staff) ‘Hi, I reshipped with Hermes a few days ago’ – no mention or acknowledgement that I had asked for a refund or any apology for the delay. I asked for a tracking number for the parcel – I was advised ‘There is yes but not in the office until Monday, will forward then’
29th January 2018 – Oil still not delivered - City Bug Store also didn’t email as promised with the tracking number, so I had to send a fourth chaser email asking for it. I received an email reply from the owner at City Bug Store ‘Sorry, laid up with flu last few days. I would’ve thought it would have come along today. I’ll see what’s going on, apologies. Such a simple thing too’.
30th January 2018 – E mail received from City Bug Store (no name) to say ‘Its arrived back as undeliverable,I’m through with Hermes now will reship with UK mail instead, apologies’ . I have not received any calling card from Hermes to say they attempted delivery. I have also received mail and other orders from elsewhere during this period, including deliveries by Hermes, with no problems at all.
2nd February 2018 - Oil had still not been delivered. I sent email number five to say I wasn’t prepared to wait any longer (now over 3 weeks) and that I wanted a refund. I received an email reply from an unnamed person at City Bug Store ‘No probs. Will stop the UK mail parcel’ . I sent a further email to make sure they had my card details to process the refund and received the reply, again from an unnamed person - ’I’ll refund the transaction’ .
6th February 2018 – Still no oil delivered, 27 days after ordering. No refund as requested and promised above – it should not take 4 days to do an electronic card credit !
I only wish I had the foresight to look at the previous reviews for this company – more specifically, their previous company names of C1 Store and Bugstock – they make for interesting reading. Had I read them first, I would not have placed any order at all. The failure to deliver parts, implausible excuses, failure to give refunds, appears to be a recurring issue and has been for a number of years – people have been losing a lot of money, far more than I have done on this occasion. They have clearly changed their company name repeatedly due to the bad customer reviews. The positive reviews on this most recent Trust Pilot site for City Bug Store should therefore be treated with caution.
A quick search of the internet also reveals that the owner has been involved with Ford Probe/Mazda Store, Hyundai Coupe Store – there are very similar issues here – non delivery of orders, emails ignored, no refunds.
My order was only for £9.97 – not a huge sum, but it was still an order - a contract - with a company who have quite clearly never had any intention of fulfilling it from the outset. The repeated excuses and explanations above are untruths. I only hope that people can read this review first, before parting with any money. I have sent a copy of the email trail and circumstances to the Citizens Advice Consumer Service for them to forward on to Devon, Somerset and Torbay Trading Standards, so they can make further enquiries into how this company operates.
Edit - the owner reported my review, claiming I ordered from the C1 Store and not City Bug Store - this is incorrect - I have all the emails and order acknowledgement to evidence this.
Further Edit - Despite the owner claiming I bought it from a different supplier, he has now refunded what I paid. Whilst I’m pleased this has been sorted out, it is disappointing that I had to write a review before he took action - I know the owner will claim that he processed this before I posted this review - I don’t believe this. The owner also mailed me to say he would send photographs of a refund ‘transaction code’ and the returned/ undelivered parcel - he did neither. He also claims that what I’ve read of his history is ‘guff’ . I leave that for future customers to make a judgement.
I would think twice before ordering from City Bug Store

Magnificent service
I have bought 3 items from City Bug Store so far over a 6 month period, all items have been as described or better and the service has been amazing. Unfortunately, all 3 of my packages have been lost during delivery, however City Bug Store have been incredibly helpful, sending me replacements at very short notice to remedy my situation as quickly as possible. These guys seem pretty genuine and have an actual love for the service they provide and the products they sell, would highly recommend them to anybody looking for spares and replacement parts for your C1/107/AYGO.

Ordered discs pads and plugs and after a few days contacted mark as i hadn't received them, he e mailed me back instantly and told me the carriers had lost my parcel so without delay mark shipped me out a replacement, i was very happy with the service and will use again soon
