Great wee boat trip. Our guide was fabulous. Really interesting and a fantastic view of the skyline.

Once we got inside it was great! Great music, friendly staff, and the food was okay for a dinner cruise. Fun crowd with lots of dancing. And of course the Macy's fireworks did not disappoint!

The only bad part was waiting on line to board the ship in the HOT SUN on July 4th! We were all literally melting! We should not have been told to arrive a half hour early!

It was a great birthday celebration. From boarding to the choses of meals was good bread was not fresh but that's okay.
Music on deck was great.
I recommend this to everyone 👌 keep up the amazing work you all do together.

Alcatraz was a fun time. They were very helpful getting on and off, since we had a handicapped person in our group.

Everything was lovely from booking to singers.. Food was average but reasonable for the price

Wonderful way to view another side of London - very relaxing

I had reservations for the Midnight Party cruise. Two weeks later received message cruise was cancelled. Was given complimentary 4 Dinner tickets for the same date. While on the Dinner cruise, found out the Midnight Party cruise was not cancelled. It was my Birthday and I had 3 other guests from out of town with Birthdays as well. We were very disappointed in how this was handled. Reservations were cancelled with no explanation. False advertising. Allowed a private party to book the cruise, only to make more money. Will not attend again. Very unprofessional business management.

Hard to beat your excellent service from Long Wharf to MacMillan pier. Size matters, something I noticed Labor Day weekend when I had to take the smaller ferry because you were booked solid a week in advance. By the time we arrived, half of the passengers were suffering from mild to severe seasickness. I'm reluctantly docking you a point for not having enough room for all your fans on that holiday weekend.

Good one on time

We were very happy with the cruise itself. It will stay in our memory for a long time. We paid for priority viewing which didn't disappoint! Our only critism was that there should have been two separate lines for those who already had their tickets, one for regular viewing and one for priority viewing. Being in one line was confusing as there was no instruction as what to do.

Finally got the cruise booked after several failed attempts. The day was nice. The food on the brunch was so so. Not planning to go again. San Diego is beautiful. Perhaps do another form of charter trip as whale watching season has passed

My experience included 5 other people was a disaster since the literature I received didn’t the meeting place. We questioned a tour guide asking if we were part of his group and he blew us off. We finally found a booth and the young lady, Shelley couldn’t have been nicer. She tried to see if we could catch up with the group which we had questioned in the beginning but a half hour was gone. I am still waiting for a reimbursement of $216 .00 for this unfortunate incident. One couple came from Pennsylvania and two other couples came from upstate New York specifically for this tour.
