Had a lovely experience phoning customer services to ask for a late reschedule of our sight seeing cruise.
I spoke to a lovely gentleman called Gerald who instantly put me at ease. He was sympathetic, understanding and reassuring of our situation. Gerald got straight to work on rescheduling our cruise and even stayed on the line to make sure I had received the email confirming the rescheduled booking. He wished us all the best and hoped we had a lovely cruise. Being on holiday with Autistic children can be hard work and not everything goes to plan (in fact hardly ever) but to speak to someone so kind and understanding was amazing. Brilliant customer service Gerrad and great understanding of neurodiversity.

Everything went according to plan. Our guide was very informative.

Staff was great. Helpful and attentive at all levels from wait staff to Captain. Good food, good DJ, very upbeat vibe throughout the cruise. We liked the narration explaining what we were seeing. Whole experience exceeded expectations!

My husband and I enjoyed our Spirit of Norfolk cruise. The crew was very nice and the buffet was delicious! It was a very lovely evening as we celebrated our wedding anniversary! Thanks for making our day special!

Really nice cruise around the Statue of Liberty. On negative was the green pretzel they gave my kid. They said that was normal. No thanks.

Do not trust booking a tour through City Experiences. We booked a walking tour on 30 June and never received a confirmation email but was charged 59 Euros to my account. We contacted customer service and advised it was a glitch and we'd need to book again and that the original amount would be refunded. We never received our refund and also found out that the tour we booked is not even owned or managed by City Experiences. They had apparently sold that part of the business to another company but were still taking booking and payments for a tour that had nothing to do with them. I was told it was just a temporary IT problem. This is completely fraudulent behaviour so I would not trust this company with any booking. Customer service is terrible and nobody knows what they are doing. We still have not received our refunds despite multiple chase ups.

We were welcomed with smiles, funny jokes and dancing as there were five of us. That set the tone and the rest of the cruise was delightful. Our server was EXCELLENT!! He made great suggestions and was at our beckoned call. We will return with a larger group of women.

It was my first cruise and it was awesome?👏🏾

If you come to Niagara Falls and you don't do this tour, you'll be leaving without doing the very best part!

Our Server, Chris, made my daughter's 50th birthday celebration more than a wonderful event. (Tamika Phillips) The dinner cruise in itself was magnificent, but the care and attentiveness of Chris was exceptional.
