I would never go on a City Cruise again. I prepaid for the drinks thinking I was getting a better deal only to be told on the ship that it didn’t include the signature drinks so the only thing we could get was vodka cranberry. I prepaid for the picture thinking it would be cheaper only for the picture to be sold on the ship $5 cheaper lol The food was meh and it was cold. When they ran out of bread, a lady asked for more and the woman gave her attitude and didn’t come back with bread for 15 minutes. My husband and I made the best of it but I would never do it again.

I was able to get thru with no delay, I talk to someone customer service and was it speaking to her and was able to answer my questions

What a great way to learn some interesting history about Chicago! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. The process of getting on and off the boat was very efficient. We had a great time and a bonus beautiful sunny day!

Val was amazing! Great energy, pleasant, and very smiley. We had a fantastic experience and 100% recommend the tour.

Renata was a great guide! She got us through all the queues as efficiently as possible and had some great facts and interesting observations as well. I would recommend!

Good customer service

My cruise was overbooked and I was unable to get on the boat. I wasn't notified in a timely manor and had to scramble at the last minute. Terrible customer service.

Good guide, plenty of room to spread out - inside, outside or shade. Boat left on time, instructions were clear and it was close to the tower - really good location.

We booked for a different time than we cruised and no one questioned this. We did this because we did not realize you couldn't re-enter the tower and we wanted more time visiting there. The boat dock is a quick walk from the exist of the tower.

It was extremely hot for the tour. So much that we gave up halfway through and could not finish tour. I understand that you can not control the weather but a few well placed fans would have been appreciated. Most of the rooms were stuffy and hot. Buyer beware.

It was a loverly experience. We cruised up the Seine river and back, seeing many iconic landmarks from the beauty of the river at night. Seeing the Eiffel Tower sparkle over the water was amazing while toasting a glass of champagne. A very laid back but fun and exciting experience.

The tour guide gave 100 % through out the whole day. Remarkable effort in my opinion..

By far Juliet was a fantastic guide. She was funny, engaging, and provided a wealth of information during our tour of the Vatican. She hurt her knee during the visit and hope she is doing well. One member of our party had a medical emergency during the tour and she quickly rallied Vatican staff to assist him.

All up - excellent day out on the water, stopping at 3x unique spots for swimming along the way. Very professional and courteous crew, with clear check in instructions in English. Highly recommended

I took my daughter on the champagne brunch cruise for her birthday. The day was perfect. The staff was amazing, especially Bri. She was very attentive. We never had to ask for anything. The buffet was amazing. Everything we tried was delicious and I'm not a buffet fan. It was organized and well-maintained. We will definitely add this experience to the list of local things to do when guests visit or just do it again ourselves.
