Cruise was nice but food was awful, room temperature coffee and the buffet was barely warm. Go for the cruise, skip the food.

Greg was amazing to deal with...THANK YOU! I brought 450 to the venue and they treated us like gold and made the experience a once in a lifetime event. The tour was unreal!! Friendly staff with a streamlined system..well done City Cruises! Can't wait for my next sailing...

Service was good, DJ was on point and the food was ample

Great service of the company, we had a major problem and they took good care of us . Someone found a way to give us an experience of Venice even if we tought it was over. Thank you so much for the understanding and efforts, very professional.

Taking my family reunion on the Spirit of Washington was a great experience. Everyone enjoyed the customer service, the food,and the music. I highly recommend city cruises for a great experience for a family reunion.

My family and I had an amazing time from the boarding until the end. All the staff were extremely friendly. Mike the Dj played very good music and came to our table to do some magic tricks for our son. The food and drinks were excellent and I loved the view of Boston. We will definitely be going back.

I am extremely disappointed with our experience, especially after purchasing the VIP Package with the expectation of receiving the amenities and level of service that were advertised.

From the moment prior to boarding, the experience was unpleasant. The staff member handling our boarding was rude, dismissive, and condescending, which immediately made us feel unwelcome. Several of the VIP package inclusions were either not provided or had to be specifically requested. Most disappointing, we had to repeatedly ask—practically beg—for the welcome champagne that was supposed to be included with the package. A VIP guest should not have to chase staff for something that was already paid for.

We had also requested and hoped for deck-view seating, yet we were seated away from the deck view without any meaningful explanation or apparent effort to accommodate our request.

What troubled me most was the way we were treated throughout the process. As a Black guest, I cannot say with certainty that race was the reason for the treatment we received, but the experience left me questioning whether we would have been treated differently had we not been Black. No paying customer should leave an establishment wondering whether their race influenced the quality of service they received.

We paid for a VIP experience, but unfortunately, there was very little about our treatment that felt VIP. Between the condescending attitude, the missing package inclusions, having to beg for our welcome champagne, and the disappointing seating, the experience fell far below what was promised and what we paid for.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this vessel, particularly to Black guests, because I cannot in good conscience recommend an experience that left me feeling this unwelcome and uncomfortable.

Management should seriously review both how VIP packages are fulfilled and how guests are treated during boarding and seating. When customers pay a premium for an upgraded experience, they should receive the services advertised—and, regardless of race, they should be treated with dignity and respect.

No boat ride showing from the Wharf to Nationals Park online, called to ask about route, now its sold out.

The kids brunch menu did not include soda.

I didnt like it because, when I initially booked my payment went through but later got email that no spots for that day and time and in the email clearly mentioned regarding tickets (wanted for friday)but still the agent made mistake and booked it for same day and we were shocked to see we had expired tickets after going to board the curise. And all we got was ground level. and Kids were super disappointed.

First of all, the staff member who asked the top deck if we would like some commentary was amazing. Made the journey feel special. He was knowledgeable and funny. I really think this company needs to have this as part of their standard operation. I pity those who had to do their journey without them. Good work guys

Our driver was fun and informative. We had an amazing tour!

They were polite and professional. They did their very best to help meet our needs.

1. they told me I didn't have tickets for my 60th b.day when I confirmed but I actually did and I even booked 4 months in advance!
2. when you buy a ticket- don't look at the photos because you will NOT get the boat that is shown in the photos-- that is super false advertising
3. if you go on the "signature" boat you will get an obnoxious DJ who is yelling in the microphone, thinks he's giving a dc tour talking incessantly and then asking for tips when docking.
4. you will spend hours on end on the chat - no one answers the phone, they change the prices while you are chatting so they don't honor the prices shown on the website.

My wife and I had a lovely evening, we booked the London Dinner Cruise. The onboard staff were attentive and friendly, and the live music was great. The food was very good however, the dessert was a coffee cake. An alternative option would have been appreciated, my wife did not have it. For the cost, we’d expect it to cater for all. It didn’t spoil our evening, would have a 5 star otherwise.
