Wanda was an excellent guide. She gave us a tip about Lido and an event happening that evening, we attended and got on the front row. She is full of energy and kept up with everyone and kept us on schedule. She is a good cat herder.

Lovely Dining, great staff, only wish the boat had cruised further up & down the shore instead of circling near Navy Pier.

Ought my tickets online and printed them. Plenty of people guiding us to the boat. Lovely experience.

It was a family vacation, and a great experience for all of us. I’ve done the maid of the mist ride many many years ago, but it was so exhilarating to be that close to the waterfalls again. It was the first time my three grandchildren saw Niagara Falls, so it was such pleasure to watch their expressions. Everything was well organized. And safety was an utmost concern by city cruises, everyone should experience that trip around the fall at least once in their lifetime.

Best views of the Toronto skyline, interesting facts shared by our tour guide, and a great onboard atmosphere. Overall, a worthwhile experience!!

Our Chicago city lunch cruise was absolutely awesome from start to finish! I planned this experience for a group of eight, and everyone had an amazing time.

The views of Chicago were beautiful and made the cruise even more special. We really enjoyed being able to take in the city from the water while relaxing and enjoying lunch. The food was delicious, and the dancing and entertainment added so much energy and fun to the experience.

The cruise itself was smooth and comfortable, and everything was handled so well that I never had any concerns. The staff did a great job creating a welcoming, enjoyable atmosphere and making sure everyone had a great experience.

What impressed me most was how well everything came together — the beautiful views, great food, music and dancing, and the smooth cruise made it a wonderful experience for all eight of us. Everyone in my group enjoyed themselves, and we left with great memories.

Thank you for providing such a fantastic experience! I would definitely recommend the Chicago city lunch cruise to others and would love to do it again.

Great communication before and during the ride. Valerio was a wonderful host and gave us a great dinner recommendation also. You could tell from our conversations that he was just a great person. A great way to see Roma at night!

Very helpful gentleman with my request and lots of information with no hurry no leave

The trip was fun, however, some of the staff need some customer service training. Wasn’t going to let a few bad apples spoil the trip. All in all we had a great day. Getting to the crown was the icing on the cake.

Booked a dinner cruise in Philadelphia for my anniversary on the Spirit of Philadelphia. My wife and I had the most amazing time. The food was great. The atmosphere was wonderful. Our attendant AALIYAH was top notch she made us feel as if we were the only ones on the ship with the attention she gave us. Aaliyah will be one of the reasons we will be returning for our next Anniversary

My sister and I were the only ones in the group we booked, and our guide was waiting for us and easy to spot. We got great personal attention from a friendly, knowledgeable guide.

Not enough ships, had to wait for 2 hours. This derails itineraries if you really want to see the Thames on boat.

Food was great! Service was excellent. The ride was smooth and beautiful!
