Quick and engineers were professional

Very easy switching experience. Everyone I have dealt with have been friendly and helpful. I was kept informed throughout the whole process via text and email. The engineer who came to my house was excellent. It can be awkward and scary having a strange man in your house but his behavior was impeccable. Very professional and easygoing. He rang to let me know he was on the way, and talked me through the whole process. He wore shoe covers in the house and dust covers in the drilling area. No mess was left behind. The install took about two hours. So far we have had no problems at all with the internet. It's early days but so far the experience has been excellent and I would recommend City Fibre.

I would recommend vodaphone and city fibre to anyone. Set up was all explained and job was professional. Everything explained. Good, quick service and care taken throughout.

Such an easy process, the communication from City fibre was first class, the engineers did a first class job and had us up and running with full fibre in less than 2 hours with only half an hour between the old Internet service and the new one starting. Time will tell on how well the service is but first impressions are very good 👍

Chris and Gary came to install cityfibre for me today. They are 2 of the most professional guys I've had the pleasure of speaking to. They talked me through the entire installation process before starting, making sure I understood what was happening and I was happy to proceed. They worked efficiently and were extremely tidy during the installation. The whole process didn't take long. They talked me through it once it was installed, cleaned up everything and left my property as clean as it was when they arrived! I was more than impressed. These 2 lads are a credit to the company. I am well impressed with the equipment and how it is working too. WELL DONE CIRYFIBRE

City fibre engineers are great guys and friendly.

150-160mps is a lot less than the 900 that I was looking forward to.

Changed broadband to Vodafone. City fibre had to come out to connect my house to the system.
Stephen and he’s colleague was explained everything.
They cleaned up she space after them.

Unfortunately they faced an issue. I’m not expert but on the outside box a tiny cable end had to cut it off as it was stuck or doesn’t went trough a hole. So need another team to sort that out.
They said if everything is good someone will come tomorrow (which is Saturday) so I have a feeling the soonest time will be Monday.

Also what Vodafone broadband pack the Ethernet cable just slightly sort so I need to buy a 3m one. It’s not about the money(I can order one) but when I been connected to Virgin they sorted out everything and the guy who came just ask me where I want my router and feed it enough cable to that point. It would be nice if cityfibre provide the cable and charge Vodafone or even the costumer,so all job is done in the same time.

Overall I’m happy with today service but I can give inly 4star as I have no internet. (York)
