What a joke this company is . Under no circumstances must you allow the labourers installing the fibre to your house to work unsupervised. They left the excess fibre cable that wouldn’t fit in the junction box rolled up and stuffed behind the downpipe. The cable running up the wall has three clips on it. One at the bottom of the wall and one half way up, (about 3 mtrs apart) and one at the top. The cable is flapping about in the wind. They cut the Ethernet cable that goes to my external access point and as a result knocking my security cameras offline. I had to get a new cable fitted by an electrician from the access point outside to the router inside, as this company said it would take them ten days just to respond. I will be reporting it to the ombudsman as this sort of workmanship is totally unacceptable. I will also be taking legal action to recover my out of pocket expenses and compensation for the time I have had to spend putting this mess right. Stay clear of this bunch of cowboys.

The guys who installed were polite and listened well to what I wanted. The broadband was ready to go immediately without the 24 hour delays I had experienced with previous providers.

The whole reason I went to city fiber was it was brought in by the government to keep the costs down.

I had a pretty positive experience maybe I'm reviewing a bit early maybe not but either way, the wifi is perfect, im getting what I was promised with Zen Internet, cityfibre's workers were really nice, made sure everything was working fine before they left. They leave a mess either and also they set the router up for us aswell, I thought we qould have to do it but they just left it there ready for us and less work for us to really so, quick as well only took about an hour maybe slightly more but it was perfect.

The engineers visited the house and were extremely polite and professional and completed an excellent job installing the new broadband cable.

They followed my preferred route and wore over shoes and cleaned up after themselves it was a pleasure to see good workmanship and excellent manners
