Excellent result, quick turn around and installation very professional.
On site work excellent, very polite clean and mindful of working in someone house with no problem to much to remedy and sort.
All very professional.
Would highly recommend this company for future work.

Excellent communication throughout. The team were polite, quick, efficient and tidy! And the glazing looks excellent - Expect more calls from more residents!

I live in a property with listed status & needed secondary glazing. I rang City Sound several times during the decision making process and was very impressed with their knowledge patience and lack of sales pressure. They are clearly very experienced with my type of property. The secondary glazing exactly matches the unusual colour of the building making them invisible in situ, The installation was speedy, efficient and very professionally done. They are easy to use, and most of all make a vast difference to the temperature and heat loss inside my property, allowing me to reduce all my thermostats.

From start to end hassle free service. Very polite and understanding. Beautiful product and faultless work during installation.

Excellent service! Fitted secondary glazing very professionally and in quick time. I would definitely recommend.

Expert installers. On time. Very clean. Excellent windows.

Reliability and positive attitude of the workmen. The quality of the product. Professional, friendly and good communication by the company.

Dealing with city sound was was very easy and professional

Well run company, efficient, polite, and co-operative. Good prices and responsive to queries. All round good experience.

Excellent from start to finish. Measured up a few weeks ago had installed today. Superior secondary glazing to any others. Highly recommend.

I found city sound to be professional polite and efficient .
Their product and installation great.
Highly recommended .

Right from the off, City Sound were efficient and a pleasure to deal with. On the fitting day their team worked hard and went the extra mile to help us (by offering to rehang our curtains). We could not be happier.

Everything went well, happy with the experience and the result. would recommend them

Ryan organised Mihi to come and measure up for a new unit which took minutes and then a week later came to look at a unit supplied years ago by a different company that had been broken.

Within two weeks we had both jobs done at a very reasonable price.

Mihi did the repair and another crew installed the new huge unit.

The day before any appointments Jamie phoned to confirm everything was ok and after the jobs were done I received a polite email asking me if I was happy with the works.

Very easy people to deal with, polite, personable, professional and thorough.

Highly recommend.
The quote and survey was seamless and efficient and was the most competitive for the standard that I required.
The install team did a great job and were very respectful of my home.
On the back of my first order, I have asked the team to look at the rest of my house as I was very pleased.

Excellent communication from the start and the job was carried out very efficiently, is high quality and will make the world of difference.

The craftsmen who installed our secondary glazing arrived promptly, worked efficiently, left everything clean and tidy, and most importantly they left behind an immaculate installation of very attractive and unobtrusive seconday glazing.

From the initial phone call to the finished product super professional throughout. I am an old curmudgeon more used to awful customer service, but this experience was just fantastic. Special thanks to my surveyor Lewellyn and install team Joti, Doru and Andrean.

I ordered my secondary glazing from Citysounds because they were the most efficient and professional in responding to a request for quotes, and they offered the best price. Most importantly, they had very good customer reviews too. Unlike other companies, they came out to measure and advise too. The fitters arrived on the day and at the time quoted just two weeks after paying the deposit. Lovely job and no mess. First class experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

We bought secondary glazing for behind old crittall windows from City Sound in Spring last year. They make the old windows look very much smarter from both inside and out.
Our utility bill is 10-15% lower when accounting for changes in prices and warmer/colder winter, but above all the house is cosier.
We live in a quiet neighbourhood, but the effect on sound is clear.
The fitting was speedy and where changes were made there was no problem to do so. We had a problem with a broken rod one year later and it was fixed without any issue under the guarantee.
City Sound's secondary glazing has made a marked improvement to our comfort. No more condensation!!
