Una pietá senza fine. Prenotazione per 6 ore del servizio di pulizia profonda e sanificazione.
Arriva una sola persona senza attrezzatuta senza materiali che non sapeva nemmeno il significato della parola pulizia profonda e sanificazione. Tipo gita scolastica. Con lo zainetto a vedere cosa fare.

Tento di comunicare con qualcuno senza speranze. Solo canale mail perché ovviamente non c'é criterio logico ma solo vile furbizia. Alla fine dico ok ho pagato quindi utilizzo il servizio e il collaboratore dice "no io no posso pulire" provo ad insistere e si rifiuta e poi mi arrendo e lo faccio andare via.

Cleanzy = schifo!!! Non prenotate e non usatela. Schifo schifo schifo

Cleanzy risolve rapidamente il problema di assumere legalmente una persona per i lavori di casa, evitando il lavoro nero, garantendo la copertura assicurativa del lavoratorə ed adattandosi alle esigenze di chi ha bisogno di un aiuto solo saltuariamente. La app però è migliorabile. Non so come mai ma a volte sembra di avere prenotato e poi all’ultimo scopri che invece il servizio è stato cancellato.

Una traffuta incredibile. Mi hanno addebitato 39 euro senza erogare il servizio. Sconsigliatissimo

Sono dei truffatori e confermato anche dalle persone che lavorano dentro.
Scalano soldi, fanno partire abbonamenti senza consenso e ti prendono in giro e manipolano anche via email, conservate tutte perché li segnalerò.

I’ve used Cleanzy a few times over the last 2-3 years and generally the service has been fine. In my first year, the service was brilliant, but over the last 18 months or so there’s been a distinct change in the cleaners and service provided - corners being cut, service not being up to par, many cleaners not seeming to know what they’re doing, always showing up late etc. I’d put this down to the individual cleaner and not to Cleanzy overall. My latest experience with them was horrific and the reason for my 1 star review, and why I will not be booking with them again, and I urge you to also take your business elsewhere.

I’d booked a 3 hour clean in a house that is pretty clean (regularly vacuumed/ dusted/ mopped etc) but I was finishing up a big sort/ tidy and there was a bit of lingering mess to be tidied up, and because I was going on holiday I needed some help with cleaning. I’d booked the service for 1pm, Cleanzy accepted the job but couldn’t find a cleaner to fill it, we rescheduled for 3pm and was informed at 2.45pm that that cleaner couldn’t make it, and in the end Cleanzy found someone who could come at 4pm (in reality, 4.20pm). The cleaner arrived and very quickly announced she was a model and only cleaned part time, asked my star sign and proceeded to comment on “the mess” several times (picture- a few boxes to be broken up for recycling, a few remaining dishes and a few clothes to be put away - none of which I expected her to do and told her so at the start of the session). She also at various times asked if I was married or had a partner, or flatmates, asked about how much I earned, made comments about various decor choices around the house etc. It was a lot, in the end I had to walk away from her so she’d stop talking and do some cleaning. I'd also noted to her that I was working and she kept interrupting me to ask simple things like, how should I clean the bathroom or how should I dust this sideboard etc. She also left a sopping wet sponge on a vintage wood dresser and now that’s a great big warp to fix up. The comments were non stop - there was a lot of sighing, and every time there was cleaning which required moving something away to clean underneath or behind, she’d say it was “overwhelming” and needed me to show her what I meant (like, lifting/ moving the kettle to wipe the bench, or lifting a vase to wipe the table underneath). At one point I noted it hadn’t been a problem with cleaners I’d had in the past, she responded with “well, you’re welcome to have them back, I’m Cleanzy’s top rated”. Her behaviour was so intense and intrusive that I genuinely felt shamed and stressed and judged in my own home, and by the end I was just watching the clock until the 3 hours passed (and she ended up leaving early).

In the end I decided her behaviour was bizarre enough that I should inform Cleanzy about it. Cleanzy’s response to my concerns is the reason for my one star review and why I urge you not to use this company. They told me I must have said or done something to set her off (wtf?). They told me that I had “wasted” her time talking to her (why would I?) and that they didn’t care that their “professional” cleaner was openly shaming their customers in their own homes because she was the best rated cleaner they had and they really valued her so the problem must have been me and I was welcome to take my business elsewhere. So I will! And I urge you to do the same.

Given my past few experiences had also been similarly poor - cleaners not doing a thorough job, cleaners leaving early before the session end etc - it’s just not worth the money.

Ho usato il servizio circa tre volte le prime due sono stata poco soddisfatta della pulizia poiché i"professionisti" erano due un ragazzotti senza esperienza che hanno pulito alla bella e meglio,decisamente non in linea con quanto dichiarato ed il relativo costo.L'ultima volta la persona che doveva venire si è accorta dopo aver accettato il servizio era libera solo dopo le 13,30(io ho chiesto tassativamente dalle 9 alle 12)Cosi è subentrato un' altro che professionalmente ha cancellato alle 2 del mattino del giorno prima,senza mi arrivasse alcun avviso.Sarei rimasta tutta la mattina ad attendere se non avessi verificato sul sito web,visto il ritardo.
Alle mie rimostranze è stato semplicemente annullato il tutto ed attendo il rimborso.NON LO USERò MAI PIù PESSIMI

This is a scam ! the app do not work at all. It's impossible to contact the cleaner. They do not have a phone to call. They installed me a recurring service taking money out of my account without being asked. They took three time money from my account without a service being requested.
When the cleaner is on delay or can't arrive there is no way to receive support unless you write an email. Overall it could a very usefull service but people that manage the service in Milan are a total scam! Don't use it

Ridicoli. Pulizia prenotata, non si presenta nessuno e dopo mezz'ora sul sito appare come 'non prenotata'. Servizio inaffidabile a livelli inaccettabili

Ho prenotato un servizio. Sull’App fino alla fine non si capiva se avevano trovato qualcuno con no. Sono rimasta a casa tutta la mattina ma non si è presentato nessuno. La sera sull’App chiedevano di recensire il servizio
Ho scritto una mail di fuoco diffidandoli da addebitare il costo. Mi hanno risposto subito scusandosi e dicendo che avrebbero restituito subito il costo addebitato. E così è stato. Ho dato due stelle invece di una per questo
Non penso sia una truffa (almeno vorrei sperare perché sarebbe un servizio veramente utile) come hanno scritto in molti ma frutto di una pessima organizzazione: l’addebito dovrebbe essere fatto solo dopo una verifica che il servizio sia effettivamente erogato
Inoltre bisognerebbe fornire un riscontro certo, con almeno un’ora di anticipo, sul fatto che il servizio sia erogato o meno, evitando così attese inutili ai clienti

Non si è presentato nessuno. La sera mi è stato addebitato nuovamente l'importo delle pulizie (già addebitato una volta il 20 settembre). Intendo adire le vie legali.

Had one good experience with an end of tenancy So I booked another Deep clean service for my new home and Realised How unprofessional this company Actually is. No contact information of anyone to even help you so you lose out completely. Ref 9659A3FF, No show for a deep clean on 15 September at 9am , no contact at all from anyone on the day.
Very disappointed as these guys impressed me for my previous job request, what really annoys me is that they had the audacity to mark this job as completed and take the payment of £120. I’m requesting my refund but like i said no customer service number only an email so hope they respond and i will never request a job from cleanzy ever again. I can’t take that gamble and be in that situation again.

Ho prenotato un servizio di pulizie che era stato confermato, non si è presentato nessuno.
Ho scritto alla mail di assistenza (non esiste un assistenza live reale) e per fortuna devo dire che il rimborso dei 50 € mi è arrivato. Però penso sia una mezza truffa visto che ti prelevano i soldi ma non viene nessuno. In ogni caso devo fare una nota: qualora si fosse presentato qualcuno, dal profilo non si sa nemmeno chi sia, quindi comunque è un servizio da rivedere, sempre ammesso che a qualcuno funzioni, perché prima di far venire a casa mia qualcuno voglio sapere chi si presenterà e avere le referenze. Profilo eliminato, addio!

Ho richiesto un servizio di pulizia a Londra confermato da giorni. Nessuno si é mai presentato nel giorno e ora stabiliti, ho contattato più volte Cleanzy senza alcuna risposta e mi hanno addebitato 78€ sulla carta di credito. Ovviamente sto contestando l’addebito con i servizi preposti
NON UTILIZZATE IL SERVIZIO È UNA TRUFFA
