Easy to install system flat panels which are held together with a simple click on system well impressed and the staff are very helpful would recommend them anytime 👍🏻

Excellent service from ordering to delivery. Have used before and will continue using them.

Great product, fast delivery, easy to install and looks great. Excellent value for money

They cut the glazing sheet to exactly to size which was spot on to fit the garage door. Ordered and arrived within 24 hour’s excellent service what more can you ask for.

Although initiall order was short this was easily rectified and remainder delivered promptly will shop again

Having looked in all the usual builders warehouse stores I discovered Clear Amber and that they had absolutely everything I needed in one place. So the long overdue reroofing jobs on two lean-tos finally got attended to…
I needed advice on a few points, and on some sundry items, and the online (human) chat responses to my queries were handled swiftly and professionally - received good guidance and advice, from Elliot and A N Other (sorry, I forgot who).
I ordered the Stormproof grade sheets, 950mm wide, plus rock n lock flashings and sundries. All delivered in a couple or three days, and all in good condition (no issues at all).
Quality of product: very good
Pricing: good
Conclusion: Great business model, product offering, and customer service.
I’ll certainly buy from Clear Amber again, and recommend highly to friends and prospective buyers.
Thank you.

was very happy with the materials and ease of construction, but what was really helpful was all I had to do was give my dimensions and everything was worked out for me,no brain work on my part. I would recommend anyone planning on doing a roof this is the company to use

Delivered on time and easy to fit great quality

Ordered some roofing. Says dispatch in 2-5days waited over 4 weeks never arrived messaged multiple times got told it be delivered in afew days for weeks. Ended up cancelling order and asking for a refund after a month of waiting

Great product, great price very happy with service.

Great price. Very quick delivery. And a great product. I will definitely buy from this company again. Anybody looking for a competitive price and great service, use this company.

I ordered materials from this company to do a polycarbonate roof. I recently helped a friend build the same thing using Clear Amber products, and the sheets were of very good quality.
unfortunately I've had a terrible experience with the delivery. I ordered four items, and they only delivered two. of the other two items one had a vital component missing, meaning it is unusable.
it's impossible to contact them by phone, you have to use a live chat link But they've ignored all my messages
I've given two stars rather than one, but that's based on having worked with my friend, I'm being quite impressed with the quality. based on my experience alone I'd only give one *. doesn't matter how good the quality is if they don't deliver what you need to do the job. and failing to respond to customers is exceptionally bad in my opinion

They were very good and I received my sheets of clear corrugated roofing very quickly after ordering, thanks.

I was looking for replacement gaskets for the glazing bars of my conservatory roof for which the original ones are no longer available. I found one which looked similar, but unsure, I sent the team at Clear Amber the original dimensions and asked for their advice. Very quickly I received a replies from Elliot and Iona which was friendly and positive. A sample arrived by post, it fitted very well so I ordered the total length I needed.
I find Clear Amber a delightful company to deal with - even for a small order, prompt in supporting any queries and quick delivery. The product is good as are the team.
100% recommend them on my experience.

I really recommend this company, very helpful and got back to me very quickly, plus regarding returns very understanding and refunded was sorted out the same day ,I will shop with these again in future. 😀

Very quick delivery. Had to contact customer service and they were super helpful. Dealt with Charlotte on the online chat facility and she dealt with my query quickly and professionally. Highly recommend this company
