I like that everything is laid out in advance and that I have a contact when/if I have questions. I see the steps.

They were always very friendly and quick to respond to questions. There were a couple of minor technical hiccups with their platform early on, but they resolved the issues quickly and professionally.

The consultation went well. John took the time to make sure all of my concerns or questions were covered.

Paula was just so attentive and understanding. She gave me the information I needed to finish off my Wife's affairs. She was wonderful. Thank you all!

There is no way I could have managed the probate process without clear estate. They guide you every step of the way. They have the knowledge and skills required to help an executor get to close out the estate of a loved one. I say use them. Flat rate not lawyers hour rate without knowing the final costs. They were my estate angels. Thank you Godwin and the rest of the clear estate staff. I am too grateful for words. Thank you!

DO NOT TRUST OR GO WITH THIS COMPANY. They are liars, time wasters, and thieves. They promised all the bells and whistles up front. It seemed so reassuring in the beginning. We needed someone who could help us with probate. Then the main guy went on parental leave for 4 months a month in. Absolutely NOTHING was accomplished while he was gone. Some newly hired person came in and made a comment about how the case was "extremely complicated and they weren't sure about it" which I had a feeling right then they were going to look for an excuse to get out of it. When we started with them in May, we were looking at a court date in November. The main guy goes on leave. Time keeps on ticking with nothing happening. They forced us to get all these extra documents that weren't needed only to turn around and use them against us as an excuse to drop us without any clarification why. They wasted 6 months of my family's time. We have to start all over. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND DON'T GO WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are NOT lawyers, only ONE employee has the slightest clue of what's going on and he was gone the entire time until they dumped us. They are money grabbers who promise false hope. 6 months is way too much time to waste when there are lives on the line depending on the outcome of probate. They told us in May that it would probably be November before we got a court date. Here we are almost towards November only to find out they aren't going to continue with us with NO CLARIFICATION WHY. It is absolutely sickening what they did to us. And according to other reviews online, this is a common theme with this company. Save yourself the time and get a real probate lawyer. This company is despicable.

My experience started out strong, then I felt completely neglected. In the course of 3 months I had six different contacts. I had to ping for responses constantly and they upsold me on a service I didn't need. I have spoken to managers and tried to go through proper channels but nothing happened. Will not recommend. Made my mom's death an even worse, drawn out, and expensive experience for me and my sisters.

My appointment with Clear Estate answered all those nagging questions I had about how to settle my sister’s affairs. I also got a helpful Executor Checklist to make sure I didn’t overlook anything important. This was a really great service for a bereaved family member swimming in paperwork and I would recommend it to anyone.

ClearEstate refused me as a client - won't work the Estate like because it had a international variable

Deepa and her team has helped our family navigate probate during a very diificult time after the unexpected passing of our father. Clear Estate made the very lengthly and confusing process of probate so much easier to understand with their clearly laid out steps. Deepa and her team have always answered our questions quickly and thoroughly via email or zoom. Our family would highly recommend Clear Estate to anyone who is faced with the probate process.

My experience with Clear Estate was superb. They were gracious and understanding of my needs. I needed a simple cremation, no services and that is what I received. The staff are very easy to work with and really listen to your needs, I did not feel any pressure to upgrade. They provide a necessary service at reasonable cost.

The presenter was patient, professional and thorough. He made us feel valued and our questions important. Having watched the Executor 101 presentation through CARP in advance of our meeting, we were prepared and Matthew Gottlieb was able to present us with information we would not have known to ask about. He provided us with information and understands we need time to discuss our needs with family and make some decisions to include in our estate planning.

Both agents who have helped us so far have been excellent - very knowledgeable and willing to share information, etc.

I appreciated their professionalism, communicativeness, and honesty. The person I spoke with was very candid and explained that ClearEstate would not be useful given my particular situation. That will probably save me lots of money.
