Clinikaly is a fraud company. I ordered Vain flux fill powder two quantity. The package mentioned 2x10 ml where as only one 10 ml powder was received. Delivery was also pathetic. It was showing out for delivery for two days ultimately I had to go to delivery boy home and pick up the package.

Mai to ek star bhi na du Iss....website ko.....mene 2000 ka serum order kia tha aur uska koi ata pta nhi kahan hai kahan nhi ....NA mail pr koi reply de rhe na wtsap pr koi reply ....na inka customer care milta....meri suggestion ye hai ki is website se kuch na lena kbhi bhi.....

I would not suggest to buy from this website. They gave leaked product and they are not responsive over whatsapp or email. i would not not buy from this website. selling all expired products

This was my first order from Clinikally. I really liked the range of dermatology and skincare products available on Clinikally. Got my order within 48 hours .

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service – Two Bad Experiences
I have had a very disappointing experience with Clinikally not once, but twice, and the recurring issue seems to be the extremely poor customer support and lack of accountability.
The first time, I received a product that had turned brown. I tried contacting customer support through the available numbers, but none of the numbers were answered. I also emailed the team, but the responses were extremely delayed and did not address the issue with any urgency. By the time I received a meaningful response, the replacement window had passed, leaving me with no replacement and no satisfactory resolution.
Unfortunately, I faced another frustrating experience recently. When I requested a refund for a product, instead of simply arranging a return pickup and resolving the issue, I was repeatedly encouraged to purchase another product. What was most disappointing was the apparent lack of interest in even initiating a return pickup for the original product.
As a customer, I should not have to repeatedly chase a company to get basic support for a product I purchased from its website.
These experiences make me question the customer-service systems and processes within Clinikally. There may be good products available on the platform, but good products cannot compensate for poor after-sales service.
I sincerely hope the management, and particularly the CEO and leadership team, take these complaints seriously and investigate the customer-support process. There appear to be significant glitches in the website/customer-service system that need attention.
Customers deserve to feel valued after making a purchase—not ignored when they need help.

The ordering process was smooth, but that's where the positive items end. The product received had less than 50% of shelf-life left and the support team isn't reachable over Whatsapp or Phone. Overall, it seems like a cheap way to offload products that are nearing expiry onto unwitting consumers. Please stay away from Clinikally.

Worst organisation. It’s a trap and highly unorganised company and I almost think they are running a fraud. The customer support is only active when your payment fails and once payment is done there has been no support whatsoever. A fully paid order is delayed by weeks only to tell me it was delivered whereas the tracking status shows it’s not even shipped. Pure harassment and fraud. Have taken full payment, customer support helpline unanswered all the time every time for weeks together, on email I get a ticket result ion of product being delivered and before the payment I was done I was getting multiple calls to “help” make the payment. And now harassment. Tracking status shows product is not even shipped forget about treatment just hoping to get my money back. Huge mistake, never using again and hope to sue.

Worst service ever. These people should not be given a license to sell medicines. They show a fake delivery date while placing the order and then delay the delivery by more than 10 days.

Their delivery partner, Shadowfax, is equally terrible. Neither the pharmacy nor the delivery partner provides a proper contact number where customers can call and enquire about their orders. There is no accountability or reliable customer support.

When you are selling medicines, timely delivery and proper communication are extremely important. Services like this should be investigated, and their license to sell medicines should be reconsidered if they cannot meet basic service standards.

Do not order anything from this company, especially if you need your medicines on time.

I bought one product from them which cost me 3500 Rs. They never delivered it and when I asked them for refund they blaming me instead. Asking for a different contact number and address.

Do not trust this platform! I placed an order CLK4493386 and paid online in full, but my medicine was never delivered. When I realized the package was missing, I tried everything to get in touch with them. I emailed their support and called their customer care line multiple times, but I received absolutely no response. They completely ghosted me. They took my money, failed to deliver my medical order, and refuse to provide any customer service. I have lost all of my money with zero accountability from their team. Save your money and buy your skincare and medicine from a reliable, trustworthy website instead. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

The item is always ready to be delivered and never received any calls. The customer support is awful and they don’t respond to calls and no reply in WhatsApp and email. I am not sure how I will get refund

Demanded Rs 300 just to return the order. Really worst experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with Clinikally. Their customer support is almost impossible to reach,they don't answer calls, and there is no proper assistance.

The delivery experience was even worse. The delivery person never contacted me, and instead of attempting delivery, the order kept getting rescheduled again and again without any communication.

Overall, the service was frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend ordering from Clinikally unless they significantly improve their customer support and delivery process.
