The serum was oxidised and unusable

I ordered a hair serum from clinikally, order id was CLK4070440. I’m amazed how effective it is. I consulted their dermat and thought it’s just marketing but I gave it a try. Now I’ve recommended this hair serum to my friends. Completely loved the products and services.

This was my first order, and honestly, it turned into a frustrating experience. I immediately contacted support to correct a small mistake in the shipping address, right after placing the order. Instead of helping, they asked for a prescription, which I submitted quickly, expecting the issue to be resolved.

But right after that, I was told the order had already been shipped and nothing could be changed or cancelled. No flexibility, no real support, and no accountability.

It feels like there is no proper coordination between support and operations. Even when a customer reaches out immediately, they still can’t handle a simple address update.

Because of this experience, I’d strongly recommend considering Tata 1mg instead—even if it costs ₹50–₹100 more. At least you get reliable support and a smoother experience.

Definitely not ordering from here again.

I have been a regular customer of clinikally but my last order CLK3878648 i received the product, it was leaking which can be seen clearly from the box which is wet and when i opened the cap of thr bottle i found that the seal was not done properly. I raised a complaint and they are asking for an unboxing video which i told i didnt take since the packaging was good and no damages from outside. They promised one time exception and but later they refused to return or replace. Not trusting this company again. I have raised a grievance with national consumer helpline and will proceed with legal action if needed.

I purchased Clinikally Hair Regrow Serum, and I'm amazed with the results. Within 6 month of usage, I've started noticing new hair growth. Additionally, I'd love to praise their online dermatologist consultation service, I asked the dermat online regarding my hair issues, and she is the one who suggested this amazing product to me.

Please don’t buy from Clinikally. If you get damaged product or whatever your issue is. They will not help & your money is gone. they have a pathetic customer service. They are scammers.
