Dont buy this dermatics..they are not deliver my product still now..20 days .. not delivered..fraud ..

I order one sunscreen n made payment but atfer one month passed I didn't receive my products l called many times but they don't received my call . Till now I don't get my sunscreen , people don't trust them they are fraud. Don't buy products from this website. I m very disappointed , l lost my money

I ordered a Mintop 10% Forte Solution 120 ml pack. I have been a Mintop user for 12 years and I know that it is a clear and colorless solution. However the product delivered to me was bright yellow - the color of urine. Hence it is clear to me that they delivered me a FAKE or EXPIRED product. Further, I wrote them a one-star review on their website and they did not even publish it! They screen the reviews and publish only the 5-star reviews!!

I placed my order and made the payment, but I still haven’t received my order. I’ve tried calling all the contact numbers multiple times, but every number is switched off. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. There has been no response or update regarding my order. I would not recommend buying from this seller unless they resolve this issue promptly.

It was a very bad experience. I placed my order on 9th July and made the payment also but neither my order arrived nor am I receiving any calls on the consumer number 😡😡😡😡

Plz do not order … they do not have any customer service… they said will arrive in 3 days and suddenly it is moved by another 4 days. Also it says 1 pack has been shipped when order was 3 packs

Ordered kojivit combo pack butt received only a single item. Very disappointing service. Tried contacting support but no proper response. Customers are paying full money and not getting complete products. Please check your packaging and delivery process properly before sending orders.

I have received my dilevery from dermatics India, by reading this reviews I was little nervous to order, but ordered cod and successfully received, the product is original I have verified by offline store, and recieved at good price point

It's price are cheaper than other apps I have ever used and I received the genuine product. Good packing and only thing they can do better is reply my queries faster and everything good.

I bought a Faher TX cream from Dermatics and it was delievered on 16th. As I was out of town and returned on the 18th , I found the product was expired grainy textured and was smelling bad. I immediately wrote to them for it to be replaced and they replied stating that we wont entertain , as you have to report within 2 days 16th and 17th. Knowing that the product which is an expensive cream, is expired, they should have immediately taken accountability and got it replaced. Very poor customer service and very bad experience for the first time getting an expired product online.

I ordered a Cafune shampoo from Dermatics, but due to delayed delivery I purchased another bottle from Amazon and started using that first. Once it got over, I started using the Dermatics bottle and immediately noticed the consistency was extremely watery and completely different from the Amazon one. I am sure they sent me a diluted/ fake product, and the difference was visibly noticeable.

I ordered tugain minoxidil from this site but seal was broken and one more new was pasted top of that for all 4 bottles. This website is not legit

Received fake shampoo. I ordered 2 qty of Cafune Conditioning Shampoo, 150ml and received a fake one. Shampoo is watery and smelling veery bad. No order history is showing up. unable to return.

Very poor service, I have ordered a epilyno lotion 75g even in my order it's showing as 75g. But i receivied a 50g lotion. I have sent an email, and even sent the recording of the unboxing but they are not at all ready to accept their mistake. Instead they are arguing with me saying its not their product. So this website is not reliable and customer friendly like amazon and they always put the blame on customer if something goes wrong.

They delivered in literally 3-4 days
And product at such an affordable price
Since I have history of atopy I need that cream so I'll be ordering again!

Worst platform. Bloody thieves trying to fool everyone. I have ordered two cream I paid for two and they delivered only one. When I raised my complaint they never responded. Waste of money. If anyone thought of buying from this company please don't order. Worst service

The product was delivered to me even before time, and I'm quite contended with the product quality and packaging. Also, they allow us buy haircare and skincare at very reasonable prices, lower than other similar websites. I'm sure to buy again from them!
