They never send the product

Worst website. I received fake product, I came to know by checking the smell of this with the original product and when I mailed them for the return request I got no reply. Even after sending many requests no use . Money got wasted . Very very bad experience.buy only from trusted websites . This is completely fake .

I ordered epidue cream which wasn't delivered to me. The courier guy came said he can't hand over the cream because my mobile number with them is incorrect. I have not received my order yet. Dermatics contact number is not answering even though I find it busy so the customer care is delebrately not answering. It's a fraud company. Please don't order from here.

It is the most fake site ever could happen do not even think to buy from it

I had ordered imixia solution 60 ml but the bottle was already opened and only 30 ml of solution is present in the bottle. Don't know what they had poured in that bottle . They are fraud.

I tried to order one product online from Dermatics.in, my money got deducted but the order was not placed even after 24hours.
I am really worried. Will never purchase from this site.

Though the delivery took about 5 days (which was fine with me as I didn't need it urgently), the products are cheaper than other websites with nice discounts on ordering in groups

i ordered undereye cream from this website and got it earlier than the expected date, i saw these reviews after ordering and got scared that i might not get the product but, i received it that too at low price

Very very bad service they make delivery very late please don't book in dermaics anytime...

I was unsure to order due to ratings but then ordered via COD, They delivered the product thru delhivery on the day as per my convenience. It cost 40rs extra on delivery but the products cost was way cheaper than on amazon or other platforms. I liked the overall experience. 4 star cuz it was my first order. Will check more products in future and if all goes well, I will rate 5.

the medicines were delivered on time and were genuine.

My experience is good....I tried dermatics.in for the first time with hesitation....but I recieved the product within the given time period and also I recieved the original...also my order was prepaid and I was in doubt whether I will recieve the product or not and if not whether I will get my money refunded or not....But for me it is good

I am looking for Mintop 5% 120 ml, and as i saw good price on this website Dermatics.in but i was little curious how come this price, so I was go through next add to cart and in payment option i am looking for COD, but there is not COD option, so i thought definitely something is not good, so i checked on google about this website, so got review.. that This website is fake website.. they should be in TIHAD JAIL

Fake website.

Order a pair of shampoo and placed this order as COD. They cancelled the order after 10 days without any information. You cannot track your order, no text or WhatsApp updates, no email updates. They will cancel the order and will not refund your money if the payment is made online. They trap you by giving lucrative prices and later on cancel you order and will not refund the money.

I didn't get a delivery date for my order and on enquiry, they canceled the order..
Refund has not reached me even after 5 days.

Pls for god sake don't waste your money
Its fraud, they won't give u products and neither will refund you.
Don't engage with that site they 110% fraud.
