A Game-Changer for Solopreneurs

I've been using Clixlo for a while now, and it's honestly a game-changer for solopreneurs looking to get into the digital space to generate leads, sell products and online courses. This platform really does it all—CRM, website building, automations, and email marketing just to name a few. There's a lot under the hood here.

The website builder is super user-friendly, even for someone like me who isn’t too tech-savvy. It offers lots of customization options, which is great for keeping my site looking professional and true to my brand. And the automation tools let me focus on the big picture by handling the repetitive stuff efficiently, like follow-ups and marketing campaigns.

The email marketing feature ties into the onboard CRM too, letting me send out targeted, personalized messages. Also, their tech support is top-notch, super helpful and friendly. Plus, there's a vibrant online community where I can connect with other users for tips and strategies.

Clixlo has been a terrific investment and I totally recommend it if you're looking for an all in one solution to upgrade your business tools.

I hadn't been in my back office since I…

I hadn't been in my back office since I purchased Clixlo when it first launched for a very low price. But when I tried to revisit and log in, I couldn't get into my back office but I left a chat on their chat bot. And one of their agents reached out to me first thing in the morning by email with an OTP code and I was able to get in! Great tech support!

contacted them to cancel yext and I’m still getting charged

I contacted Clixlo multiple times to cancel their service, which uses Yext as a third-party provider. Each time, they sent me a ticket to fill out, but despite following their process, I am still being charged. Over three billing cycles, Clixlo has charged me $111 after I tried to cancel.

I am extremely disappointed in how Clixlo handles these situations. Their approach is unprofessional, and I am unlikely to continue using their service after this experience. Additionally, when I initially set up my account, it included my personal information by mistake. As a result, I paid for the first three months without any refund.

If you plan to use Clixlo, make sure to carefully edit your details to reflect your business information. Unfortunately, they seem indifferent to such errors and appear more focused on making money. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Update: They still hadn’t canceled the subscription and I am still being charged for a service I don’t even use. Clixlo is a poor company that steals money from people. Poor customer service hard to reach and doesn’t issue any refunds at all. Stay away from this company. This company Definitely got rich off of go high level reselling their perfect service. You’re better off going to the real Deal. Stop using clixlo!!!!

I brought clixlo a while back but…

I brought clixlo a while back but never found the time to use it because of work. But now I have the time so far they have impressed me not worth the software but either their promptness yo really help, I'm confident as I beging my journey they are going to make me very happy with my investment. I'm really excited with the little dabbling I've been doing so far ,they have so many features ,I just have to step back and look how I can use the tools help in my productivity there's probably things here I don't even know that I need in confident so far that this will not be a complicated process based on how helpful they have been so far. What a shockingly bad company

What a shockingly bad company, its been 11 days waiting for support, no phone number to call on just an AI chat bot which is useless.
Trying to build a course and it keeps disappearing, if this happened to my students i would be loosing my business. Pretty sure i wont get a refund so just wasted money i couldn't afford

The helpdesk support is great

The helpdesk support is great. they have many self help articles where you can quickly find answers to most issues, but if you need help beyond this, their team gets back pretty quickly and is very knowledgeable. You can't beat the lifetime deal either!

Website flagged as malicious

I purchased a license recently. I should have done my due diligence first.
When I attempted to start using my beand new software, I opened the company link, and my computer anti virus software (AVG) blocked the site as malicious, and full of malware.
I got axtext next day asking if I had a chance to use it, and replied aboutvm the issue. I did not get a response. Another text the next day has also not been answered. I am suspecting an AI campaign.thatbisxsetvtontakecthe money and that is all.

Resubmitting review after Clixlo misled TrustPilot and had my review taken down.

I'm having to submit this review again because Clixlo has misled TrustPilot, leading them to believe I'm a competitor which not only am I not, I am a multi-purchase customer. Considering what I've been through with you guys, there's not a chance I'm using the same email so you can guys can further sabotage the business we have.

Here's my original review which is 100% authentic.

Worst Support/Service I've EVER EXPERIENCED.
THE WORST!!! As a web developer, I'm in and out of these systems every single day and have been for over 18 years.

Clixlo is unquestionably the worst customer support/service experience I've ever had. I've dealt with it on three different projects and every time it is equally abysmal. Whether it is their resource library which isn't theirs but a third parties or their actual customer service staff... it is terrible. It's worse than that... I can't even describe it.

Multiple times we've considered they are intentionally trying to sabotage what we're doing... Imagine being pushed to that level where you're wonder if the company you just purchased from is trying to harm you... it's mind boggling.

Everything sounds wonderful on the surface... but what they don't tell you is to make calls, SMS, emails, etc from the system there are multiple approvals required. Theoretically these should be simple but poorly trained staff (I'm honestly being generous. They have zero training) coupled with them having to reach out to GoHighLevel (Clixlo just rebrands their product) to get things done has created UNREAL delays... Tasks that should have taken an afternoon have taken 6 weeks and climbing.

We've had to reiterate things 5, 6, 7 times before... literally them getting back to us, asking questions we've already answered that volume of times... Like, "Are you kidding me?!"...

I never leave negative reviews... CLIXLO SUCKS and if you're running or intend to run an actual business, the savings on the front end will not justify the delays/losses you'll experience on the back end. Pay the $300 a month for the actual GoHighLevel and with their support actually get to use and benefit from it. Clixlo is a joke...

If you're the owner of Clixlo, if you're "Chad", if you work for Clixlo in any capacity, you guys need to get serious... It is absolutely unacceptable the experience you've exposed us to.

In conclusion, I believe Clixlo is 100% a cash grab. They resale someone else's product and do it at such a discount, frustrated people just write it off and move on instead of fight them which of course just enables them to continue scamming others... A system like this with so many moving parts requires support (at least during setup)... even if you're a seasoned web developer.

I hate to be so negative but out of principal I will be doing everything I can to share the reality of Clixlo so people don't get taken like my clients have. Thanks for all the frustration Clixlo... Hey, at least it was cheap right?... scammers...
