easy to communicate with, sent an email and had a response within a reasonable time, good follow-up. My only suggestion is, before ship, be sure to ask if they will be home to receive computer, because you can't trust FedEx to do the job correctly.

You built a POS computer that does not work. You installed bad RAM and here I am almost 2 months later and it still does not work. I had to test the RAM, then box it up and ship it back to you. And I am still waiting for the new RAM to show up. This is bullshit. I know one person does not matter to your sales, but I will never buy another computer from you ever again. I will pay more from one of your competitors than go with you. Absolutly horrible experience. Oh, and I can't state this enough, I am STILL waiting for the RAM that I paid for so I can use the computer I paid for... You have no idea how pissed I am with your shit service!

System showed up ready to go I would have gave 5stars but fan hub was broke on delivery they did get me a new one fast so my new computer is great

Very good no problems with my pc build very well, only issue i had was the estimated date for certain things changed all the time. Other than that perfect!

CLX reached out quickly when changes needed to be made to my build, and even threw in some upgrades along with it. They finished and shipped out my PC well ahead of schedule, the entire process including delivery was about a week long. Due to having a 5090 in my PC, I had to install it myself, but that was no issue. Will definitely be coming back for another system in the future!

I bought this computer (BIG MISTAKE!) through BESTBUY. And my experience went down hill from there! The minute I hooked computer up I got the blue screen and could not reset it etc. I reached out to Bestbuy who immediately told me that was my problem and to reach out to company who wanted me to play a tech and remove some part.

Bought a system from CLX 10/3/25, midrange-5070Ti build, Gigabyte motherboard. System arrived fast-no complaints on shipping. Set it up and the system would not run for more than an hour or two under no load, or about 15-20min. while doing anything. It's just restarting/shutting down. Now, I know this isn't a console, and you may have to do some troubleshooting to get a new PC up and running. So, I do all that. Windows updates, GPU updates, Steam updates, Steam verification, all that. Still happening. Hardware Monitor says temps are fine, and event viewer isn't showing me anything except that yes, the system is restarting.
So, I call customer support. Let me make this clear: Customer communication from CLX is absolutely top shelf. It's the reason(along with tech support from Dylan) I am giving this company a star. Customer service is US based, and they are eager to help.
You may note the distinction between customer communication and customer service. This is intentional.
I gave control of the new PC over to CLX Tech Support remotely, and through a few troubleshooting sessions, we could not come to a resolution. I was told that I could pack the PC back up and send it in to them, once they got it, they would ship me out another one. No problem. I do that. Shipped out on a Thursday, they got it on Monday. That Tuesday, I start receiving updates that they have received the PC are are going to get to work on it soon.

Now, I get that scammers be scamming and all that, but you have verified that I sent you the parts back that you sent me, on the machine you sold me, which your own Tech support could not get to work. I wait a little bit (few days) and they are sending me updates on how they are trying to get the PC to work, but are still running into some problems. I wait a while longer (it's now been a week since they have started work on the return.) they still haven't figured it out, so I reach out to Customer Support, saying how unhappy I was. I get sent to a CSM who tries to smooth me and get me to wait on the return some more. I let him know that's not acceptable, and that wasn't what was told to me when I sent the machine in. He acts like that's news to him but says sure, and sends me out another build. It's the exact same build.
It does the exact same thing.
I get back with the CSM, who gets me sent to a Tech Support guy named Dylan. Gang, Dylan is great. Dylan knows his stuff. Dylan figured out in like an hour and a half that it was probably a motherboard driver issue. The pre-packed software that Gigabyte-the manufacturer of the motherboard sent with the system refused to work, and the drivers had to be updated manually. Problem solved. The machine works. It's November 7th.
Now, look. I understand the amount of variables in play here. Multiple systems, multiple manufacturers, supply chain stuff-it's staggering. But, what CLX is selling is a (mostly) out of the box experience. Why else buy a pre-made (shipped) build? They did not deliver that. And hey, I'm understanding, if an attempt had been made to smooth this over (I did get offered a keyboard, which they send with all builds over a certain dollar amount.) I wouldn't be leaving this review.
So, here's the takeaway: If you'd like to spend a couple grand for a PC, and you're willing to spend hours and hours messing with it, only to wait a month to get what you paid for-try these guys.

The ordering process was really easy. I loved that I could customize every component. Communication about computer build was an awesome touch. Shipping was extremely fast. The computer works great and I've had no issues with it yet. Overall the CLXgaming was on point.

Ordered a oracle pc during the October sale when It finally arrived loved the design of the front and side panels and the system itself exceeded my expectations.

I'm a repeat customer, having purchased 3 systems now. The builds are solid and I haven't had any issues with any of them. One feature I like is the website. Changing components is simple and the site let's you know what isn't compatible, then gives options to make sure everything works. Also, the speed of receiving the new system. I ordered on a Saturday and received the new system exactly 7 days later, and I am several states away.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Bought a $3000 computer from them, prebuilt, new everything. Computer BSOD within 6 months so badly I lost EVERYTHING. Had numerous programmers look at it. Reset to factory settings and reinstalled windows, and again, lost everything 6 months later. The company said they would try to fix it if I shipped them the computer to texas for a month?
I AM FROM CANADA AND NEED A COMPUTER FOR WORK??? Horrendous customer support. THE WORST experience I've ever had with any company.
