I ordered a PC with a 4090 super and yall sent me one with a 5070, im ignorant to the whole PC statistics. But im pretty sure you guys understand the difference between 24GB of VRAM vs. 12 GB of vram.

The PC looks cool and runs great but its not what I ordered

I wanted a gaming computer that I wanted. It was very easy to use CLX, configure what I wanted and have it built. I received emails telling me my system would run better with changes, and explained why. They gave 3 free upgrades. I very happy with the results. They, have the customer when they build these units and it shows.

My gaming was bad cause games kept crashing so I called to see what was wrong and my game speed was to high so called tech support and in no time I had a perfect outcome and still haven’t had any problems thank you

Everything came well designed, instructions easy to understand, well protected, and fast.

I recently bought a computer from them second day I had it screen keeps blacking out for a few minutes than works for a while than blacks out again. Customer service plan was to take it a part a reinstall video card after that didn’t work . Wanted me to download from a website to run an installer than reinstall it. Will just need to live with a 2000 dollar brick . I had a choice between them and Alienware should have taken my second choice. Never again will I trust them.

They took great care of me and have amazing customer service and they got my pc to me 2 weeks earlier than the original date

Couldn't be happier with the PC. Things were a little rocky in the beginning, it was about a week late in shipping and there was a lack of any communication for about a week. And when it arrived I had some difficulty locating the drive bays, but the customer service folks were fantastic about helping me. Once I got everything set up it was great and ive been loving it since.

We bought 2 PCs together. We saw what steps they were in as they went through their creation which was nice, give or take a few added days to the original guesstimate date, they were shipped. Here's where things went south, FedEx was used and or PCs were tracked passing our house 3 days in a row, another day sitting in the warehouse and the 5th day we had to track the driver down on the road to have him take them off his truck. FedEx refused to help in anyway. 2 weeks after use, 1 of the PCs got a black screen and went into Bios randomly. Luckily, we were able to safely get it back to a restart using a special key code. Other than that, both are running and a month later seem to be working well. CLX should not use FedEx for delivery.

First unit fans didn't work. Replaced it took way to long to get a new one. Didn't receive same case, not as good as first one. Didn't want to wait again let it go. Because the first unit was wrong I fill I should have been compensated some how no luck, therefore 4 star is the best I can do, that probably is to high but to people were nice.

Works fast, everything was safely packaged and transported in peak condition, the process was covered with transparency and with professional communication. You order it, you get it within a relatively quick turnaround time, and it offers a bunch of flexible payment options. My only take away is boy is it expensive, but even if you're on a budget, they have great budget options, top of the line stuff for a great price, in my opinion. PCs built for trying to do it all are always going to be expensive anyways. Thank you for this build, and I will be a returning customer!

I decided to get back into PC gaming after being console only for years. I was on CLX's site and found an Ultra High Performance Horus that I was interested in. I knew they were bringing back the Oracle case. I emailed CLX and asked about combining the two together. They sent me a link. I changed pieces here and there until I had it just right. They upgraded my mb and power supply and upgraded my Samsung 990 Evo to a 990 Pro. I was kept in the loop from start to finish...pictures of being assembled. And pics of it being stress tested. I was very pleased with the whole process.

It was a great experience with this company from beginning to end. They updated me every time my shipment date changed, whether it went forward by a day or back by a day which was awesome because I read reviews saying their communication wasn’t good but it was awesome with me. Product was exactly what I wanted. Works fine with no issues as of yet and I have ZERO complaints. I’d absolutely recommend this company. They did a great job and I’m most appreciative.

everything works great, the price was a bit high considering the tarriffs did and should have not been the reason of such a high price, i was surprised to have to instal the GC myself. they were fast and i still have questions about some of the equipment that were installed

easy to communicate with, sent an email and had a response within a reasonable time, good follow-up. My only suggestion is, before ship, be sure to ask if they will be home to receive computer, because you can't trust FedEx to do the job correctly.
