It was great being able to choose all of the parts of the pc. I haven't built one myself so having clx build and ship it was far less stressful. Only thing I had to do was install the gpu and plug in the pc and it was good to go. Very happy with the build. They were quick to answer any questions I had.

I was adamantly watching the process since I purchased the PC to when it arrived at my doorstep due to my eagerness. I am brand new to pc setups and gaming and the CLX website made it very easy to build my own pc. It detailed specs, the components’ functions, and compatibility in a manner that easy to understand. CLX kept me updated and worked tirelessly on building my PC and testing it. I was worried the shipper may mishandle such a delicate package but due to the tremendous packaging, my pc was unharmed. they made sure I received it with a signature and it arrived on schedule. I have 0 complaints.

Boudy H. messaged me and let me know some of my parts needed to be changed but they upgraded them and made sure I knew that the CPU had to be installed once delivered. They were quick to help answer my questions. I even had to call with a quick question and Boudy even followed up through email to make sure all my questions were answered. If I could give 10 stars I would.

The PC I got from you was amazing, it came in one piece and work right out of the box. I would definitely do more shopping here and would recommend this website to everyone.

The computer works great and was delivered quickly. The only complaint is how loud the fans are. I know this is somewhat hard to avoid, but it seems like it could be slightly quieter.

I absolutely love my new CLX Horus Gaming computer! It is working flawlessly and every game I've run on it so far I have run all the graphics maxed out. Usually still get frame rates in the mid to high 200's Per second. I also really appreciate the color scheme of the CPU case. It is very aesthetically pleasing. I have gotten many compliments from, my family and friends about it.

I will never buy a PC from CLX again. I've had this computer since 11/1/2024, only about a year and it's been terrible. It seems like they don't even test the PC before shipping . It's been working fine for the first 1-2 months I bought it, but after that it was just constant problems over and over again. PC was trash. Constant BSOD, Windows wouldn't load, RGB fans stopped spinning, HDD stopped working, overheating, etc. It just seemed like endless problems. When I finally sent my PC in for warranty, they would not update me. They did not sent me a tracking number for the return, did not send me a diagnosis, and just did not respond. I had to ask them to give me a diagnosis even though they told me they would update me on the whole process. Also, they said that they would provide a label and shipping material for the PC AND material to protect the inside of the PC. They did not provide any shipping support for the GPU and other components inside the PC. I had to DIY it to protect it. When I got the PC back, everything seemed to be working fine again except now my HDD does not work. They wanted me to send it back AGAIN to diagnose it. No thanks. I'm done. I got rid of this PC and got a new one from a DIFFERENT company. Don't want to deal with this PC again. Don't buy from CLX. Save your money and get it elsewhere.

This PC is amazing.

This is my fourth desktop and it is excellent. Was a Christmas present and my granddaughter loves it

The building and shipping was faster than expected. There were no problems with choosing my components and the computer runs great.

The selection of components was great, i was able to order the exact computer I wanted for a fair price. The customer service was also great. There was a delay in one of the parts, they let me know about the delay and they let me know when they got the part. I also got updates with pictures and people signing off on each part of the process. My last CLX computer was bought at Best Buy and was great thing is just kicking it up a notch to have it custom. It's a great computer with great customer service and fair price I could not ask for more.

I love my PC! I am so satisfied!

Computer is working fine however my screens blink on and off several times a day where my older computer that was 9 years old never had issues.

Order was shipped early. Computer has worked perfectly in the month I've had it. Easy to set up.

I absolutely LOVED the order process. I especially loved the QA forms that were given to me to show the progress and helped me have peace of mind while spending such a large amount of money. 10/10 would buy again!

From the very beginning when I ordered the PC to troubleshooting assistance, they've been great.

I ordered a custom PC, selected parts myself and they would build it. Customer support reached out, pointed out redundancies and recommended alternatives. In addition, with the cost set, they added/upgraded improvements to the system (in my case, a better CPU, SSD and HDD). Great start. Then, I received the PC much sooner than I expected, so that was super exciting.

Then, I got the PC and got straight to work. Unfortunately, I was having issues with crashing during gaming, but customer support walked me through troubleshooting steps that I could try. To no avail, I finally reached out by phone. The tech stayed on the phone with me for almost two hours. He removed in, went through the system, removed, installed, and updated the necessary drivers, adjusted settings, etc. Much deeper understanding than I have and so far, after all that, it's seeming to be working. I'm happy I've gone with this company.

What made my experience great was 2 things specifically, one was being able to pick the larts I wanted for my PC, and being a relatively inexperienced pc user when I picked something that could've been "better" they upgraded it for free on their own. 2 another thing that made it great was their tech who spent countless hours on the phone with me to make sure I could use my PC and get it fixed before I was off for the holiday instead of having to send it in for repair....his name is Marcelo G. And he would stop no matter how long the call was until he exhausted every single option! I thank you Marcelo G. ,and I appreciate what you did for me to make sure I could use my new pc over my time off!
