Can be annoying at times but I'm sure other banks are the same if not worse. Generally they're absolutely fine and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Possibly the most convoluted account opening of any bank ever! Revolt opens an account in 17 clicks and is instant; coop can't even take existing client details to open a savings account. If it weren't for the interest rate, I would have given up. Utterly poor.

The Co op bank is perfect for my needs. I have been a customer for over 20 years, and would recommend it to anybody. The internet banking is so easy to understand and use, and is safe and secure. Deceptive is a word I would use to…
Deceptive is a word I would use to decribe this bank, there are worse words I could use.
From what they say they have on their screen, the manipulative phrases they use such as 'let me look into it' 'let me see what I can do' never I 'will solve' the problem, the things they do like out of the blue 'temporarily suspend' debit cards without any explanation or warning given - which they are supposed to do if they followed the FCA rules, even on this site when there is a reply with of course the very phrases I have described above and besides they only reply to obfuscate as replying is more manipulation - lets face it.

Excellent service
Excellent service. The staff are always friendly and helpful, they do their best to keep things moving and help in anyway that they can. Always pleased with my experience. The queue was quite long, because of how good the staff were, waiting was kept to a minimum. Queue was long probably because of how good the service is and the good products they provide are.
