Still waiting for order
I got sent a review email from Coffee Pod Co to review my order placed on 29th January. I haven't received the order yet. When trying to contact the company, no reply to email or contact form on their website, no answer when telephoning! Still waiting for a response.
I am now editing my review as the coffee pods were delivered this afternoon. I have changed my star rating from 1 to 3. Reason for not higher is poor communication from vendor and no knowledge of when delivery will be.

Never again
Not much good asking me to review a product I haven’t received. Order number 2981. Costa coffee pods. I left three messages on the answering machine….did not reply. Email…no response. I am now pursuing a refund through my credit card as I see the item is out of stock. ( Not informed by company of this !! ) I will never use this company again, appalling customer service.

Appalling customer service
Ordered Costa coffee pods on 9th Jan. Now 21st Jan and no sign of order. I have rung them ( went to answer machine ) did not call back. I emailed them….no reply. Now I can’t get into their website. Have they gone bust ?? Will have to contact PayPal to try and get my money back. Appalling service. Avoid at all costs

Absolutely diabolical company
Placed an order on 2/1/25 . Company clearly states delivery is between 3 and 5 working days. I emailed them on 2 occasions stating I still hadn't received my order, and finally had to raise a dispute with clearpay due to no update on order status. Order finally turned up on 18/1/25 with no delay apology whatsoever. Will definately not order again from them, or recommend to anyone.

Really disappointing experience
On the website the company claims to transport the order worldwide. Everything seemed to be fine: I placed the order, payed the invoice, got the conformation letter. After awhile I got the email confirming that the processing of my order has been finished, however I didn't get the tracking number. After contacting the costumer support I found out that they do not actually ship worldwide and that the order was cancelled, and the payment refunded. Never got the money, never got any apology.

Extremely helpful service
Very helpful,and excellent service from them.i particularly requested not to use a certain delivery courier,and they certainly did this thankyou.
The only downside of the order was that in one of the boxes,one of the pods was damaged and the contents loose inside the box.I understand that this probably occurred during transit, and happens unavoidably.
I am still very happy with my purchase( a Christmas present for my wife)and will certainly use the Coffee Pod.co.uk again,and many thanks to Eavie for her help during the purchase process.

Try reading the emails we sent you. You ordered an item that is discontinued and we are the only place in the country (possibly world) to stock.
Your dispatch was delayed as it was last remaining stock. You were emailed this, and a tracking number on 29/11
No communication regarding order.
I received an acknowledgement email regarding order but nothing since advising of dispatch. I have not received my order or a response to my email. Website states dispatch will be that day and that tracking will be available. This has not happened. Very poor service. Not a good impression for a first order.
