A brilliant app that's super easy to use for collecting funds for most events.
This worked as a perfect platform to get funds for a recent gathering I organised and most importantly meant I was not out of pocket when making the final Reservations! Withdrawel of funds was also pretty straightforward!

Thank you Collectiv for being such a great platform.

Worst finance app ever. Wasted so much of my time, so badly written.

everything was smooth and easy, I was very excited. but i received a messsage within 5 minutes that the are only UK based, which really bummed me out. but i grealy appreciate the notification early before wasting time on an app I cant use, otherwise I'd be the happiest if I could have just finished up my project with them today, could have been doine within minutes!!

An amazing app. We have benefited from this immensely with our community Volunteer led projects. It’s been easy to use and navigate.

It was practical, however it would have been good to mention or make it more obvious how the taking the money from the app works. It means that I put down money upfront.
But I will use this app again with a more suitable time frame.

I 100% recommend Collctiv as an easy way to collect money. I have used it for a year to collect money for my Meetup events. I have been emailing members a link (one link, no need to get a new link for each event), they paid with or without a voluntary tip, and I could see in the app who sent the money.
There is no fixed fee to use Collctiv like in case of Paypal (some of my members refused to use PayPal, there's why I had to find an alternative). Recently I withdrew £46 to my bank and I paid a suggested voluntary tip of £0.94, which I think it's a very fair amount for a big help with collecting money.

Very easy for any fund raising.

Really easy to collect the deposits for our Christmas dinner. Knew who had paid and who hadn't.

Can’t withdraw the full pot have to do it in stages and it charges you everytime!

The actual platform is great. However, they charge £5 a month when a pot is inactive without sending any reminders. I was not able to withdraw without re verifying my ID with my passport even though I had previously received funds and not changed any details. Therefore my entire pot depleted without me realising.

I was refunded some money I had contributed towards a gift via Collctiv. I did not realise that if the account remains inactive for 1 year, then there is a maintenance fee of £5 per month. I had been approproately warned via emails that went to the spam folder. Fortunately the support team were very understanding of the situation and refunded my money into the Collctiv account that I could use as vouchers, and I am very grateful for this as I did not choose to use this app in the first place and was not fully aware of all the conditions. There is a fee to withdraw the money as cash. I would like to thank the support team for their assistance and understanding with this.

User friendly app, easy to send and withdraw to your bank account or send to someone

Very good service, fast and easy to use.
Has a very user-friendly interface and it's fast and secure

Brilliant service, a lot better and safer than PayPal.. although hopefully in the near future.. the charge to withdraw to your bank on the same day is less.. even if you get rid of the charge completely, and in its place, change the option to support Collctiv and make it mandotary. Therefore you still make money, and it could bring in more people & businesses

We have used Collectiv over several years for many local community funded activities and to run a Charity Lottery.
They have been brilliant - and especially helpful navigating the recently introduced money laundering regulations.
Sam deserves a medal for patience!
