Excellent Customer Service – Friendly, Clear and Great Value
I had a great experience with Collingwood Learner Driver Insurance. I spoke with Carol, who was absolutely excellent. She was friendly, knowledgeable and took plenty of time to explain everything clearly.
Before I called, I knew very little about learner driver insurance, but Carol answered all of my questions and made the whole process easy to understand. By the end of the call, I felt completely confident that I had chosen the right policy.
The price was very competitive for a year's learner driver insurance. Carol also clearly explained the £40 cancellation fee before I took out the policy, which I really appreciated. Everything was explained openly and honestly, and even taking that into account, I still felt it offered excellent value for money.
I would 100% recommend Collingwood Learner Driver Insurance to anyone looking for learner driver cover. Thank you, Carol, for providing outstanding customer service, you were a credit to the company.

Great cheap product, but be aware of what they say about T&Cs. They told me anything to get me to buy, then denied it. Case currently with the FCA.

First class service for a specialist learner driver policy.
I contacted Collingwood to arrange some learner's insurance for my son and after a very short wait, I was put through to a very friendly agent called Jessica. She thoroughly explained the whole process and all the specific terms and conditions for this type of policy. She communicated clearly and was very knowledgeable about the different products on offer, despite admitting she'd not been in this job very long.
Everything was set-up very quickly and with some friendly banter that put me at ease.
All in all I was extremely impressed with the suitability of the policy to meet our needs and of the way it was so clearly explained. There was no need to repeat myself and upon reviewing the information before I paid, I was already satisfied that I'd made a good choice to use Collingwood.
I believe that their staff training program must be very thorough as it was immediately obvious in the confidence that Jessica showed during our 30 minute conversation.
I would highly recommend contacting Collingwood and wish Jessica the best of luck with her new career!
