Multiple delays in shipping, extremely poor communication and not getting back to you, false delivery promises multiple lost days leave as have to be in for the delivery, ordered in June now in october and still dosging my calls and emails and still no roof for my summer house, which is built awaiting a roof and should of been delivered in August, ridiculous service and to make it worse the hold messages tell you how amazing they are and get the products too you on time!

There was a delay to our order but we have now received it and Bear the driver has been very helpful in explaining the reasons for the delay. We are very happy with the product.

Ordered on the 5th September and are still waiting any form of a delivery date.

We rang them and spoke to someone who said our order was in the workshop and we’d hear soon. The following day, we had a email saying they wanted to address the delays. This email was addressed to my partner who had rung and not me whose name was on the order showing it was only sent as he had got in touch. We are still waiting to hear anything from them despite ringing again and being told we would hear soon.

I emailed last week on an email info@… and have heard nothing from them. Have emailed again today on service@...

Considering they are addressing comments on here that they are working on customer service and communication, I can see nothing that is being done to actually action this.

When paying over £100 for delivery alone, I expect the service and communication to be better than nothing with at least a heads up that I could be be waiting months for my product.

We are still awaiting a delivery date so cannot comment on how reliable this is or whether the product is good value.

Communications with this company is shocking ,pleased I’ve not made order after all and read reviews,I will go elsewhere

AVOID! Seems like a scamming company.
Have ordered on the 13th of July, now in mid October still no delivery. No communication, after chasing they just keep making excuses of moving office and having too many orders. Not my problem! Have paid and want to receive what I have bought. Now they have changed to AI answering he calls.

I placed an order for finishing materials over two weeks ago and I still have not received it. Despite the delay, the company has also failed to cancel my order and return my money.
The materials are now useless to me because they arrived far too late for the work I had planned. I was forced to buy the same items from a local supplier at a higher price just so I could get the job completed on time.
In my experience, the lower prices are simply not worth the stress, delay and poor service. I was repeatedly given assurances about delivery that were not met, and I have been left without the goods and without my refund.
I have completely lost trust in this company. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from them and spend a little more with a reliable supplier instead.
The customer service has been extremely poor, communication has been unacceptable, and the whole experience has been a complete waste of time and money.

Avoid this company at all costs.
We ordered on the 8th of August, it’s now the 8th of October as I write this. We were told the delivery would be approx 10 days from ordering. 8 weeks later and multiple failed deliveries we have had no choice but to issue a charge back from our bank.
We have had to have someone available on 2 occasions to be there to accept delivery and it never arrived, not even a call or any communication to say it wouldn’t be arriving which is infuriating.
They are a nightmare to get hold of, each time you speak to a different member of the team they advise a completely different delivery date. They even have an automated answer service now so you cannot actually speak to them directly. Communication from the start has been a complete joke, not once have they ever called me back after assuring me they would before the end of the working day.
Hands down the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
Now to try get our money back and re order with a professional company.

Very disappointing experience with Colour Clad Profiles.

We purchased purlins and cleats on 26 August and were told they would be delivered within 3–4 weeks. After placing the order, we heard absolutely nothing from the company for over a month.

I eventually had to contact them myself, and was then promised delivery for 8 October. Today, 7 October, I called to confirm the delivery time slot, only to be told that the delivery had been postponed to 13 October. We were not informed about this change at all.

The main issue is the complete lack of communication. If there are delays, customers should be informed rather than having to chase the company for updates. Being given delivery dates that are then changed without any notification is extremely frustrating, especially when you are relying on the materials for a project.

Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend Colour Clad Profiles. Poor communication, missed commitments and empty promises.

⭐ AVOID – NEARLY £20,000 PAID AND STILL NO PRODUCT

We placed an order with Colour Clad Profiles for almost £20,000, with a promised delivery timeframe of 6 weeks.

It has now been 3 MONTHS.

They have our money. We have NO PRODUCT.

The communication throughout has been absolutely awful. We are constantly having to chase for updates, calls and emails go unanswered, and it seems the only time we actually get a response is when we chase repeatedly or leave a negative review.

We have also had promises made directly by the Director, which have not been followed through. We are repeatedly told things will happen, only to be left chasing again.

Trying to speak to someone is just as frustrating. Calls are met with an AI automated answering service, and actually getting through to a human being to resolve the situation seems almost impossible.

For an order worth nearly £20,000, this level of service is completely unacceptable. We paid our money expecting our products within 6 weeks, and three months later we are still waiting.

Nearly £20,000 paid. No product. Broken promises. Terrible communication.

If i could leave Minus stars i would this company is terrible over 3 weeks ago we ordered some parts with no communication, I have tried to call and speak to someone with no joy, I have emailed more then once with no reply and messaged them on their whatts app again with no reply, this is such a terrible way to conduct business and have never dealt with such a bad company and wish i read these reviews before we ordered. We have today cancelled our order lets see how long we have to wait for our refund

EDIT: The company overlooked my request for a refund and gave me a delivery date for today 12/10 i took the day off work and nothing no delivery, no word. Stay away from this company just give me my refund

Order placed, delivery promised mid September, now October, no updates, no contact.
Automated assistant to answer your call, absolutely no use as can’t give any info, emailed , but automated response.

In summary , if you want customer service go to another company , can’t comment on the product as not delivered.

WHERE IS MY ORDER COLOUR CLAD? THIS IS A JOKE.

Colour Clad was very quick and easy to process my order and take payment sadly have now given me 5 different delivery dates and not delivered on any .
Transport department keep you on hold for long periods and then just tell you it will be delivered on Friday . Ive been waiting nearly 3 months! Very poor after sales service AVIOD

And so it goes on. I honestly feel like they’ve singled me out for special treatment. Today it sounds as if the delivery truck was 32 miles from my site. A couple on non-AI calls to Lucy(real Lucy), and Gracie, who with a touch of positivity, made it seem like my materials may turn up before the end of the day. But guess what? That’s right. Have people been lying to me, or is the company just falling apart. I read a bit of Kafka in my youth, and thought it was pretty funny, but when you’re caught up in that world, not so funny. I suppose my delivery may have a few more twists and turns before it reaches me. Stuart, shabbily treated of Chepstow.

How this company is still trading is absolute miracle, I placed an order and received no communication from them for over 5 weeks . I called them to be put through to AI so followed up with emails only to be lied to over and over again. Had 3 dates for delivery now spanning over a 3 week period and still waiting for my order .

UPDATE 6/10/2026

I promised the owner that I would update my review fairly after email contact with them over the last several days. He promised me a split delivery with one being today and another next week. Assuring me that these dates are final and to judge him moving forward and the handling of this issue, not on previous experience to this point. It is now 7:30pm on the promised first delivery date, and after two emails to him during the day without reply, I think I can assume that the delivery is not coming today. I shall continue to keep my promise to the owner and keep everyone fully updated on all aspects of this order.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

Ordered roof sheets on 3rd August, every time you call them and press the option to speak with shipping they never answer the phone. Press the option for sales and surprisingly they answer that line. Been told 3 times that I would get delivery next week. It is now 2 months later with no communication at all when I will receive my order. To add insult to injury you can now no longer phone them as they use an AI phone agent to take messages now.

Website still says delivery if I were to order today of 14 - 21 days, which is an absolute lie. Why keep on taking orders when you cannot even fulfil ones from 2 months ago.

Who knows if I will even get my order at all at this point!

I hope you read this before ordering, spend a bit extra elsewhere to ensure you get your order and avoid this company at all costs.

Been waiting 6 weeks now for delivery, keep getting provisional dates, then nothing... try calling you get an Ai bot who says someone will call within 48hrs, obviously they dont. Ive now opened a case against them via PayPal for a refund. I wouldnt recomend them.

Once again delivery not arrived as promised this order was placed on the 18th of august by far the worst company I’ve dealt with in 20 years of trading

Product quality & fit is exceptional. Delivery was slow due to new production facilities being commisioned, so acceptable.
Overall great value.

I am building a garden office pod and my builder Andrew Rice ordered cladding costing £638.76 on 06/09/26. Andrew then received a generic email on 15/09/26 explaining there would be delays due to production issues but promising further updates. Had still heard nothing by 23/09/26 so rang up and was told that it would be delivered on 23/09/26. Andrew booked in 3 days that week to install it. However the delivery never arrived and we were not informed. Rang again for an update on 24/09/26. I was told that due to driver and delivery issues it would now not be delivered until next Wednesday 30/09/26. I asked to speak to a manager and she said one would call me back and she asked me to send them an email. I had no call back, so rang again at 4pm, only to speak to a AI agent who promised the same thing. Emailed them 25/09/26 still no response. Yesterday was 30/09/26 and STILL NO DELIVERY arrived! Whenever I call them now I only speak to an AI agent! I am shocked and disappointed can treat there customers so poorly. At this point I suspect that my delivery will NEVER arrive! The garden office cannot be finished until I receive the cladding and I was hoping to do this before the weather deteriorates. I am now forced to enquire elsewhere for cladding but at short notice this will likely delay me further. As Colour Clad are refusing to get back to me I suspect my only option to get a refund will be to initiate a chargeback from my credit card, as it seems others have been forced to do the same. Please AVOID this company, you are very likely to be disappointed!
