Good price and great customer service your phone - call was answered quickly and they did exactly what they said they would. Could not fault them.

The delivery was really fast - but the wrong side-panel was delivered. I realised this on the same evening but it's been a couple of weeks now and despite my reminders, it's still not been swapped for the correct one. The website doesn't show the actual Merlyn product numbers, unfortunately. And meanwhile, I can't rate the actual Merlyn Shower screens yet! I'll update this depending on any news...

Excellent quality and service from Compare The Bathroom.
However the delivery company they used said they would call an hour before. I called them and they said they would deliver between 4-6pm I waited in until 7pm. They turned up at 7.30pm no phone call and I wasn't home. I HAD to call them next day to rearrange the delivery.

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH SERVICE , SEND ME WRONG PANEL ,AND WANT ME TO RETUN TO NEW CASLE FROM LONDON , WITHOUT ANY POSTAGE PAID OR PACKING .
I WILL ADVISE NOT TO BUY ANY ITEM ONLINE AS RETUN POLICY OF HEAVY ITEMS IS VERY DODGY

No communication after the first email in regards to the issue.i received what I consider a low quality sink and wanted to return but they stopped writing back after just one email.ive send multiple emails.back but no replies.its better to spend some extra money to get from a main retailer something.
