The courier delivered a broken toilet pan which I refused to accept. I guess that wasn't fault of compare the bathroom, however since the attempted delivery I am trying to contact compare the bathroom... Toon meer

Leaking overhead telescopic shower pipeworker
Installed shower,on commissioning identified that the telescopic shower head was leaking from the pipework.Contacted company in respect of a leak and provided video of the leaking overhead pipework.
Shower cannot be used and was informed that they would send the information to the manufacturer's.
Still waiting for a response and customer without a shower.As I purchased and recommended this shower to customer it has impacted on my reliability as a business.

Quick delivery and response to questions. The toilet was as described and v good quality. Instructions to assemble the cistern would have helped, however, I was able to work them out.

Quick and efficient
Quick, efficient delivery from receipt of order. Cannot rate product at the moment as it isn't fully fitted.

The product was as expected
The product was as expected. However it arrived on a a very substantial pallet which the delivery driver would not take away. I had to pay someone to remove it and it ended up in a skip. It would have been better to have been able to pay a small charge for it to have been recycled.
