Dear Conservatory Insulations UK, I am writing to sincerely apologise for the one-star rating I gave you. It seems the message I sent was meant for CI Group Conservatory Insulations.

Excellent rapid service no mess and communication was excellent, very pleased with the finished product

Friendly and professional service from start to finish. Good price and work completed on time and to a high standard. Would definitely recommend this company.

Very quick from booking until installation. Very efficient workers

We were advised by the company of the names of the two installers coming and they arrived punctually. Very efficient job and they cleaned up all the mess created on the day. Would recommend the company, to others.

Really positive experience with Consevatory insulations uk. Right from initial enquiry call information was clear and thorough. Everyone was friendly professional and polite. Eddy guided me through the initial quote and explained the process then Sarah for installation details. The fitting team were amazing - super efficient and friendly. Job looks amazing. Here’s to warmer winters and cooler summers. Thanks so much guys. Great job x

Very pleased with the service from start to finish. Scott and Mark did a great job very clean workers cleaned up everything before they left. Very happy with the finished conservatory insulation.

The service from the company was very professional , the install of the product was perfect including the installation , highly recommended

I had seen an insulated roof on a visit to a house nearby and was told of this company. Within the space of 2 weeks I had a very good quote and a fitting date. I paid the deposit and waited. 2 days beforehand I got a call from Ian and Carl stating they were available that day and could they come earlier. Quick, efficient and professional, just like the office staff I had dealt with, and cleaned up as they went and left. We are left with a product that is clean, well fitted and keeps the heat in at this time of year which is what we wanted.
Highly recommend this company. From start to finish there was no fuss and all professionalism.

My experience from placing my order to full completion has been excellent. The office staff, preparation, and finally the installation, I have been kept updated all through.
A special mention to Ian & Carl the installers, they were top quality and left the site in a pristine condition. I would recommend without question.

Absolutely delighted with the finished product. Installed to a very high degree of craftsmanship. Would recommend to everyone.

The customer service was excellent and the installation by Chris and Alfie went without any problems, despite the awful weather.
The price was competitive and the quality of finish superb. Would recommend this company without reservation.

I spent a long time searching the market for the right provider. Some quotes were coming in at £15k to £20k. I went for this £3k option for an 18sqm Lean To Conservatory which represents exceptional value. The insulation as a U value of 0.18 and the UPVC panels with LED lights are aesthetically pleasing. The speed and efficiency of service is outstanding pre, during and post. The team even fixed a small leak!

Excellent work, really happy with the overall look and feel of my conservatory now. The team were great from start to finish. Minor hiccup along the way, but everything was sorted and the room now already feels warmer and usable. Well worth it.
Big shout out to the installation guys, Chris and Alfie. Really went the extra mile to finish it all off. Cant recommend them enough.

Wow oh wow oh wow. This has really blown our socks off. From the time of the enquiry, to the booking, the installation and the customer service follow up we can not fault this company. Professional, polite and experts in installation and customer service. The transformation of our conservatory to an additional room that looks part of the building is amazing. If we had to relocate to another house with a conservatory the first thing we would do is arrange another installation, it makes so much difference to what it was before. We can't thank you enough Eddy, Sarah, Ian and Carl.

“Chris and Alfie did an outstanding job transforming our conservatory — we can’t fault a single thing from start to finish. Their professionalism and attention to detail were excellent, and we’d highly recommend them!

We are very pleased with the result, the team worked hard and finished the job in a day. Not only does it look good but we can use the room at any time regardless of the temperature outside. We can highly reccomend the Company and workforce.

The process was made easy from first contact with River and Sarah, to installation day with Scott and Mark. I’ve yet to go through the seasons but it looks great so hopefully, it will do the job it’s supposed to do. Certainly not as cold on the chilly mornings so far!
