I ordered 2 items in January. As of 3/27 I have still not received. Shipping confirmation email received on 3/27 saying items were delivered in 3/20. No proof of delivery available. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Guess this was money wasted and lesson learned. Never buy from this company!

Update 4/11/25 - Still nothing. Customer Service keeps saying check with post office. Nothing there and they don't offer any additional assistance or the option of a refund.

Surprisingly effective at preserving freshness and lighting up any gathering, unusual combination but genuinely practical and entertaining.

Constituient sent a product that was made poorly and of very light, cheap material. Since 2/21/2025 I've been asking for the needed detail to return the item for a refund and continually get a run around. The writing style and the time that Constituient's responses are sent confirms that it is an offshore company. When pressed they offered an $8 refund, and then after my cordial no thank you twice they offered $8 more but have never provided any other info. It's taken a more than a month of continued requests for the address to return the product for a refund. Now I've received this latest reply.

Not even worth one star.
It says 100% money back guarantee.
I received email saying to give it to some one else that it might fit.
This is unacceptable
When questioned about return policy , there was radio silence

I was also scammed. Ordered clothing that I never received. They send bogus tracking and it took over two months to received an update that said the package was delivered when it was not. Trying to get a refund but I don’t think it will happen.

Scam - I bought 3 lounge sets for Christmas gifts. None of them fit and I've been trying to reach the company for 3 months. No one responds back to me

Scam! I ordered in December for my March trip. Never received item. Contacted telling them I want a refund and was told I had to take it up with the post office. I am contacting my credit card company to dispute. Most recent link the company sent me to show my tracking was a 404 Error Message. Save your money and don’t order from here!

This is a scam!!! Do NOT buy from this company! They are not in the USA. It so bad, I am so sick of people ripping people off! Scam, they charge me more than I was told, my package never delivered! They won’t refund the money! They lie about everything! DO NOT buy from this company!!!

Not made in the USA as advertised, my shipment has been in Hungary for days now. Shipping is no where near the 5-8 days advertised. I tried to cancel and they said it was in transit and could not be stopped. I know better than to trust a website I need to come to Trustpilot before ordering anything online. I am paying for my mistake.

First the sirlte said the garmet was shipped from a US location. Whdn I realized it was over seas, I requested a cancellation. When I didn't give a reason. They placed an order anyway.
They then sent the wrong tracking number 2 times. When the tracking
number was located on a tiny package, it was on a trinket bracelet which was NOT the garmet I ordered. They pretended to want to want to help. They then ghosted me. I

It’s a scam!!! States they are a USA product not true they come from China. The outfit was poor material very poorly, put together an ill fitting. I emailed them several times and kept getting back the answer.” I will send you seven dollars and keep the product.” No, I want all my money back $50.14! They said to send it back, but it will cost me more in shipping. Scam artist all the way! They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau. Everyone else should do the same.

This company is NOT based in the USA, it is a Chinese company pretending to be in the USA. They have sent two wrong items which cost over $66 dollars and kept offering us compensation ranging from 11 to 27 dollars. I want to return the items but they want me to pay for the shipping to China as this is where I am suppose to be returning the items to. I have asked them for a prepaid returns label but am not sure I will get it. They operate under various names all I can say is avoid buying from them. I will be reporting them to the USA authorities and hope that they are put out of business.

Its a scam. Bought more than a month ago and they still send me a false tracking link and a suggestions to ask my neighbours, that are like 1500km away from.my address!
IT IS A SCAM.

I ordered a travel sweatsuit from a Facebook Ad. Unfortunately, I believed the product was "Made in the USA" and shipping from Heidelberg, MS! LIES!!! I even paid extra for 1-3 day shipping so I could guarantee the item would arrive before my trip.

I received a shipping notice on 2/16 that the item was being processed in Lativa, Italy NOT Heidelberg, MS. Then I researched the website to find it being ran out of CHINA!! I was overcharged, lied to and my item is still in Italy!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE! THEY ARE DECEPTIVE! Deception is wrong and they should have been more honest with their website and actual shipping location, time frames, and pricing.

The outfit I bought arrived, right colour, nice material, correct size BUT the sizing guide is wrong wrong wrong. I double checked the website when it arrived, measured myself again and I still fit their definition of XS (in fact waist was less than their XS) but the outfit is too small and the sleeves only just past my elbows

The items were cheap polyester and obviously made in China.

This company is a scam, said it was made in USA but is from china. When you email company says they are on vacation for 7 days with limited staff. Gives fake tracking numbers. Do not buy from this company!!

Received my item 21 days after my order was submitted. Was informed that it was in customs in Spain. Item too big. Needed to return. Tried to contact the company no luck. No address provided to return. Contacted Pay Pal and they filed a claim. It seems like the company is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company is trash, her cloth are garbage, when I saw the advertisement, they said was no problem to return, when I tried to return the garbage they sent me one month after the purchase, they offered R$ 8.00 in a purchase off R$50.00. SCAM, I wish you all to dye

Beware of this sham company. Ordered a 2 piece warmup suit for a total cost of $44.71 (tax and shipping included) on 1/14/2025. Website states that it is made in USA ( an address in Heidelburg, Mississippi) and express shipping 3-7 days. Facts: A charge of $55.89 showed up on my credit card from PAYPAL. Its made in China (the address they give in Mississippi does not exist). Despite sporadic tracking data from what appears to be a suspicious tracking company, I still have received nothing from this company as of 2/14/2025. I filed a dispute with my cc company and they share the same concerns I have. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
