Constituient.com is a terrible fraud. If you go straight to their website, there is a big warning from Microsoft not to click through. So they advertise through game apps who should be ashamed of themselves- allowing fraudulent businesses to advertise through them.
Constituient.com (they have many other related sites) say they are "Made in the USA" but is a Chinese company without a proper refund policy.
I tried to cancel less than 24 hours after ordering. Their online chat took hours to reply. They said it was too late to cancel, the order was sent. But their own site listed the status as 'unfulfilled', 'being prepared' and has no tracking number. I am hoping that PayPal will take action from the thousands of complaints and ban the company from using them and refund my payment... PayPal should really not be complicit in such fraud. Why aren't they banning these payments immediately? But I suspect they're my only hope now!

This company is probably the worse company I have ever had the misfortune to order from. It's been 3 weeks that I am waiting for an order that I was told would be shipped 3-5 days after ordering. They charged my credit card 8.00 more then they were supposed to. I emailed so called support and the message was that they were on vacation and please be patient. Then I get another email saying the package left Italy and is in U.S. customs. That was a week ago. Tried emailing again and no response, I contacted my credit card and requested a refund. I don't know who wrote those great reviews!!!

This company is a scam. Website says Made in USA and my package shipped from Ireland, passed thru some residential house in Chicago and after a month to me. Clothes did not fit and wanted to return since they guarantee full refund. They would not refund initially and wanted to give me $8 for my $77 payment, finally offered $37. To return I had to ship to CHINA for over a $100. Deceptive business, fraudulent business practice. STAY AWAY

I ordered a traveler. It took one month to arrive. It doesn’t fit. It even close. I put back in original packaging and sent pictures as requested when asking for refund. Item was 40.00, and they first offered me 8 dollars than 12, saying that was the best they could do and they didn’t get a large salary which doesn’t make any sense. Their own website outlines the return policy which the don’t honor: I’m about to pursue legal means.

Terrible quality, color not even close to what it’s shown on website. Item sent was wrong size, they insisted that after warehouse inspection, the item was correct (BS) and offered refund of a small portion of the amount paid. The suit will literally going to garbage. Photos do not reflect real appearance of items.

Same story as everyone else. What is advertised isn't what you receive. Made in China, not the USA, not cotton, and it takes 30 days to receive which is outside the return window. Tracking is fake, return address says Ohio even though it shipped from China. Fake phone number and they blocked me on all socials after calling them out in comments. I fought with PayPal for 2 months and WON. I refused to let this scammer win and I threw the clothing in the trash.

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. I ordered 2 travel sets, they took weeks to arrive and when they did, the pants were too big and the top too small. I never order anything online that doesn't guarantee satisfaction and free returns. They will not honor either. They told me to send it back to CHINA and pay for the shipping myself. As much as I detest Amazon, they do come through.

Ordered the travel sets in December and they NEVER ARRIVED. kept asking about them and they sent me tracking information that said they were delivered on Jan 22 6 weeks after being ordered. Could not verify tracking and company refused to honor no delivery. STAY CLEAR

If i could give zero stars, i would. Ad claimed made in America, but shipped from Sweden, according to tracking, which took 4 weeks. Fabric is so cheap it’s laughable. Looks nothing like the ads. I can’t even find a way to contact this company now. They have completely disappeared.

S C A M... BEWARE ordered travel set of comfortable clothing. Quality was not as advertised. Very cheap material, not at all impressed. They promised 3-5 day VIP Shipping. LIE, shipping arrived after I left for my trip. Now that I am back and I need to return clothing does not fit correctly. Not at all satisfied.They are taking forever to answer. No customer service # to contact and talk to a live agent.

I have finally learned to not order from Facebook ads! The item I received was ok but I was overcharged and it took months to get here. I went to their site and looked at their reviews. It was almost funny. Different reviewers used exactly the same phrases including the exact same typos!

Do not order items with them , worst quality ever made, also they charge a lot extra for taxes that it’s not disclosed in the total , and add it later . Believe me ! Customer service awful , the company it’s not in USA , made in China . They don’t respond to emails , do not make the mistake to order clothes from them , not kidding ..

This store is a scam. Do not buy from them.
I bought 2 sweatpants set from them and I was not happy with the material it looked cheap and it smelled.I reached out to them they did not want the merchandise back. Horrible I spend 125.00 dollars and they wanted to give me a credit for 25.00 dollars.

Finally received my order today 1/20/25 from placing it 12/9/24 after many, many email follow-up inquiries.

The ad certainly makes the item look more flattering and expensive that it actually is. Should've known the price was too good to be true.

Don’t believe their ads that they have good customer support. Unfortunately I fell victim to their scam site. No return options are available. They offered me $3US as compensation. I was able to get $10US.

This company is a scam—do not buy any products from them. It is a Chinese company that cannot be trusted. I purchased a Women’s 2-Piece Set Outfit (Casual Long Sleeve Sweatsuit) for USD $37.99 through a Facebook ad. They advertise a 90-day money-back guarantee, but my experience has been far from satisfactory.

When I received the outfit, it didn’t fit properly, and the fabric was cheap polyester. I emailed them requesting a return, but they repeatedly ignored my messages. When they finally responded, they asked me to send pictures of the defect. I explained that I simply didn’t like the fit and saw no reason to send pictures of myself. I requested they provide the return address instead. After numerous follow-ups, they eventually offered me only $4 as compensation. I paid a total of USD$55.89, conversion $84.22 CAD this includes taxes, duties, shipping, and insurance. Avoid this Chinese company at all costs!

Ordered 3 necklaces in early November for Christmas gifts. It's January 17th & still haven't received the order. Originally the tracking just kept listing in Customs in Italy but I believe it's China. Their response to my emails have stated it's in transit, nothing more.

I too have fallen victim to this company’s scam… they need to be removed from all social media platforms. My order says $44.71 but was charged $55.89. Order placed on 12/15 and item arrived on 1/14. Falsely advertised as luxurious soft Cotton and it’s 100% polyester! Sent 11 emails trying to get refund-disputed with credit card company but still not resolved… STAY AWAY from this company. Charges showed up as Mei Mang Electronic Room ???

Ordered two outfits. They are too large. There is no way to return them. Packaging of items looked like it came from a Third World Country. What a rip iff

I ordered 2 pieces from this website Oct 24 - they claimed 3-7 days delivery. On Dec 23 I received one piece, the other on Jan 8. I have emailed repeatedly for a refund. I needed them by Nov 5. Also they are very poor quality. They refuse refund now so I’m hoping PayPal or Visa will refund.
