0 stars! Ordered a 2 piece suit on December 8, cost of $44, they took $55 out of my account. After 5-7 business days, I started emailing. It said it was in Italy but had Chinese writing on one email. After a month they said it had been delivered to my mailbox by post office. Contacted them and they had no record. And I get an update as to what is delivered! What a scam!! They say I need to take it up with post office.

This is the most pathetic company I have ever dealt with!! DO NOT order clothes from them!!
Their website says - 100% 90 day refund!!
This is a LIE!! I tried to return a 2 piece outfit that didn’t fit me right and when I asked for a full refund they offered me $5 then $8 money back return!! Beware don’t order from them!! SCAM😡
Also poor quality - 100% polyester

I ordered a leisure outfit on Dec 4,2024 that was on Facebook which said it was made in the USA. I finally received the item with no packing ticket or anything to return it on January 7, 2025. I have tried to contact the company that they have on their site and all they send back by email is that it was finally delivered. I guess I’m stuck with it. The item was sent from Norway and that is why it took so long. Below is what they show on Facebook. If it is made in the USA why did it come from another country. Order number 35158S183729

I would give ZERO stars if I could. This company is a TOTAL SCAM. The product arrived after some delay and the quality is horrible - the fabric is nasty! I want to return it and they are stalling on giving me an address to return the product and a refund. Like another shopper they have offered me $12 compensation and to keep the garment which is useless to me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

DO NOT BUY WARNING! Terrible experience! Order placed on 12/12/24 and shipping was 3-7 days. I was over charged and sent in a dispute to cancel entire order before it was even processed. Company wouldn’t cancel order but did credited back the over charge difference. I needed orders by 12/23. I contacted the company multiple times about cancelling, wanting refund, and would only get it had been shipped and to what for delivery. I had to contact PayPal and my bank about this being a fraud. The tracking emails would send updates about where it was for weeks. The order was left on 1/7/25. The size small is way to large and fabric feels like it was made from chemicals. Horrible product and Service. I contacted company for the 15th time wanting a refund label since there was no return address. This company could barely completed sentences and has delayed my refund.

The item took several weeks to arrive. The material wasn't as expected and didn't fit.
Although their website suggests 100% money back guarantee, that's only of you ship (at your cost) to China. You have to send them a photo of tracking number and a picture of the package.

Otherwise, the $40 item will be reimbursed at $12 and I can keep the item (by the way, is no good to me). The 100% money back has stipulations that are not spelled out.

I am more than displeased. I feel like I've been taken by a scam.

Like so many others, I am now realizing what a scam this "company" is. I placed an order on December 20th and it is nowhere to be found. The original tracking site showed the product being shipped from Italy, then arriving in the US. Now, I'm getting tracking information from a different third party showing it in China. PayPal is absolutely NO HELP in getting the order cancelled or my money back.

I would NOT recommend making a purchase from Constituent. I was promised 3-7 days for delivery, yet, it took over one month.
I ordered tall for the outfit. The pants were long, yet the shirt sleeves were too short.
The quality was not as pictured; cheap looking. I wanted to return them, but postage to CHINA was nearly $90. Note: the company. Says that items ship from Mississippi.

It’s a scam. It’s not as advertised and when I complained they offered $3 compensation! It was badly made, rubbish material. I’ve had to throw away. It was made in China.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I ordered 2 (unfortunately) sweat suits that aren't sweat suits at all. They are a nylon type fabric, not sweatsuit material. Plus, the pants are about a foot too long - the opposite of the usual problem I have. The top is too short, almost a mid drift top, which isn't what it looks like in the picture. I contacted customer service who told me I needed to send pictures of EVERYTHING. They wanted the products, the bar code on the products, the packing slip and the original purchase receipt. I was able to send them everything but the packing slip, which was long gone. But the other things, in combination, should have been more than sufficient. They said all they could do was offer a $4 courtesy refund. Keeping in mind that I spent over $80 on these 2 outfits, I find this insulting, at best. I wish I had looked at the existing reviews of this company before I ordered as I just threw $80 away. COMPLETE SCAMMERS

This company is a scam. Don’t buy anything from them. It’s almost a month. Nothing showed up. They’re tracking is all false.

I will echo what so many others have said... the product (Women's two piece set) took six weeks to arrive (original shipping origin was Ireland!?!), is thin and flimsy and definitely not made in the USA (everything is written in Chinese on packaging). It almost looks like hospital scrubs. DO NOT BUY. Based on what I have read here, I won't even try to get my money back.

Still waiting after 21 days for my 3-5 day shipment. Company updates tracking today “in transit thanks for patience”. Customer service is none. This is a scam company and my bad for not checking the reviews.
Buyer beware!

I bought two of the sweatsuits at $70.00. They did not come from the USA as they state. They are cheaply made and way too big, even following their size chart. I requested a refund and they are offering $12.00 refund and for me to try and sell them to someone else. They aren't even worth $12.00. For a refund, which I had to push about, they say I will have to pay shipping to China. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. THEY'RE A SCAM!

I bought three jogging suits from Constituient this is a scam the product is cheaply made thin material it is made in China not America cost to return it was $64.89 they offered after several emails to refund me $31.00, it was advertised on Facebook next time I will read the reviews before ordering.

The product is nothing like they advertised! And the quality sucks! Looks like I got the pattern that was being used to make what should have been a nice piece! Buyer beware!!

The product is crap and material is crap. Do not order from them as they will not return your item. Instead they will offer a courtesy “$4 for goodwill.” Total waste of your money.
