The company is a total scam. The advertising is completely false. Products are not made in USA as stated. The 100% return policy is false. They offered me 4.00 on a 36.00 product and I was responsible for shipping to China. The material is cheap and flimsy. I wrote a poor review on their site and they immediately removed it.

I do not recommend this company.

I am reporting them as a scam. Ordered a month ago and ever since have been receiving “updates” on the delivery status of the package. It clearly stated the outfit was coming from the USA. They also charged my credit card an additional amount for a custom tax.

Poor customer service and very poor quality clothing. Ordered Small and too fits an XS or XXS and bottoms are for Lg/XL and they would not refund and stated this I received what I ordered.

I have been waiting for over a month and haven't received anything.

I have had the same experience as others. Took six weeks to get the clothing and it doesn't fit right. It looks cheap. Had I known they were coming from China, I never would have ordered.They have offered $10 for my almost $70 purchase as a sign of goodwill. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. I'm still trying to work with them. I'm sure I won't get anywhere.

Product with bad quality and wrong size.
Company wants to refund a product of 38$ with 4$ ( maybe the real value of the article) . And ask 20€-40€ to return the article .
The suit has no labels , it seems a Chinese suit worth than the ones that we see on street markets.

Awful customer service! Placed an order and within minutes I tried to cancel it but they said order was already in process. Its been over 6 weeks and I still have no package.

I purchased two outfits from this company. They said their merchandise was made in the USA and shipped from the USA. Have they not said that I would not have purchased clothing from them. The outfits arrived several weeks later. They were supposed to be identical outfits, identical sizes just different colors. Both were inferior quality one of the outfits fit OK and the other was at least two sizes too small even though they both were Labeled with the same size. I have been going back-and-forth with Customer Service by email. I am only asking them to credit me for one of the outfits since the other one did fit. They are offering me $3 for an outfit that I Paid $35.95 for. I have contacted my credit card company for their help in disputing this. My guess is that they will come back and ask me to pay to ship the item back and that will cost more than the item actually cost. I should not have to pay shipping to return something to China when I was told that I was purchasing something that would be shipped from the US.

It is scam!!! I ordered a set on October 28 and received today- December 4. Made in China not USA, very, very poor quality, cheap looking. SCAM!!!!!

I ordered 2 outfits that were advertised as great for travel. The website said they were made in USA and would be shipped in 5-7 business days. They ended up arriving more than 2 weeks from ordering and I kept getting shipment emails that said it was coming from Sweden??? When package finally arrived, the return address was Chicago? Items were fair quality but since they came after I had departed for a trip and I wasn't crazy about the color, I wanted to return them. Several back and forth emails, with an offer for $7 as compensation and told that shipping would be expensive to return, wouldn't I rather keep them?? I'm left frustrated and wished I had googled the website prior to purchasing. Lots of bad reviews out there. Do not purchase from them.

Scam! I have ordered hair powder on 25-08-2024 and never got my order!

BEWARE!!! SCAM!!! After 3 weeks, I received my order of 2 suits from Ireland. Horrible, cheap polyester, very poor workmanship. These are made in CHINA not in USA, as advertised. I am not satisfied with the suits. I want to return it but they would not supply return label!! Finally, they responded with $7, $10, $14, and now $20 offer refund, I paid $69.54. What an insult! They advertise 100% refund!!! BEWARE!!! SCAM!!!

Can’t give even one star. This is a total rip off company. Too much to detail. Nothing in their ad is true. Do not do business w them. I will be reporting to Amazon and Facebook that they are part of the problem taking them on as advertisers.

This company is a total scam. I ordered a set on November 9th, the page said Express shipping 3-7 days. It is now the 26th and I still do not have my merchandise. You email them and all they say is sorry and we have contacted the carrier and they expedited your package. Still have not gotten it. I submitted a complaint with PayPal and if I do not get satisfaction from PayPal will delete that account too. They need to stop patronizing this scam out of the country companies.

I have never received the order I placed 2 months ago. They took my $44 plus at the time of order. I have e-mailed them with no response as well as Paypal...they tracking (which I now believe is a total scam) says it is in Knoxville, TN for the past 20 days. I live in PA.

WARNING: DO NOT FROM THIS COMPANY!! Ordered 2 top/bottom lounge sets according to their size chart. The top is disproportionally smaller than the bottom. I was offered a $7 refund (paid $70) and to keep the items due to the high cost of shipping the items. I have been emailing back and forth negotiating the refund, repeatedly asking for management to contact me. They are now offering $12 refund. This company should not be in business if they can't afford to stand by their product and policies.

BUYER BEWARE
I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had Petite sizes…THEY DON’T. I ordered a Med Petite. It can fit my 5’8” daughter-in-law. Had I known they don’t really have Petites, I would have ordered a regular Small (I’m 5’2”). The top was just as big. I didn’t realize I was ordering outside of the US. It was shipped from Italy. They offered me 4USD, NO EXCHANGE, NO RETURN. Won’t make that mistake again!

The price was a bit steep, but once the products arrived, I realized they were worth every penny. Despite the long delivery time, the quality justifies the cost.

Ordered these outfits to travel a month ago. It has been 6 weeks and NO package delivery. 3rd party tracker stopped tracking a week ago Stopped payment, thank God. Such a scam
