Do your due diligence and read reviews of this company on the internet. It is a scam. I wish I would have done this before I made a purchase. This is my experience and when you read reviews, it’s a very common occurrence. I will tell you what I am going through with this company. I ordered 2XL Petite. I am 5”1” and it is way too long. The shirt is too small. The day that I received it, I sent an email asking to return it for credit. They said I would have to return it to China and that it would be very expensive so they suggested that I keep it and offered me a $4.00 credit. I responded letting them know, that I could not wear the set and wanted to return it for a full credit. They then offered me a $7.00 credit. Finally on the 7th email asking them to send me the return address and a full credit, their final “offer” was a $10.00 credit and I would have to pay to ship it back to China. This is the absolute worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. Also, the set is not soft like it looks like. It is a polyester material. This is my truth. I am currently still dealing with them through email. It may not be anyone else’s experience or opinion but it is my experience with this company which in my opinion is a scam. I told them in my last email that I would be posting my experience on their social media sites in hopes of saving someone else the headache and loss of $37.99 or more.

Please avoid this company. False advertising, says made in U S shipped from China to Italy then to a warehouse in the USA. Took forever. Product horrible. Ordered petite was soo long and the top was twice my size. When I asked how to return sais it was too expensive offered me $8 for what cost me $43. Said I could keep the product. The second email offered me $11 Places who prey on people like this should be shut down. AVOID.

This company sucks! Advertises made in the USA and shipped out of the USA neither is true. I waited for four weeks for my packages to come from Ireland and China. When I receive those they were cheaply made material is scratchy and very thin, very unhappy of course they didn’t want to take the returns offered me $20 to keep the products told me it would cost me a lot more money to ship them back. I told them if they hadn’t advertised falsely and I had to ship back to the USA. It would not cost me as much. This company totally sucks. Stay away from them.

Total SCAM! Do NOT buy! Never received my items!

Beware, It's a scam!!! Products are different from what is advertised. Bought 2 pairs of Women's 2 Piece Sets outfits -I received a very cheap- looking product with the color and fabric are different materials from what is advertised. Scam Alert!!!!

Express shipping is advertised which it is definitely NOT!
Material of the clothing is CHEAP polyester at best!

This company will send you a series of fake tracking numbers. You will not receive anything. I just lost $44.00, and will never order from FB again. Horrible!!!

THIS IS A HUGE SCAM. THEY WILL NEVER DELIVER! THEY KEEP SENDING EMAILS FOR YOU TO TRACK YOUR PARCEL BUT IT JUST NEVER GETS DELIVERED. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. HUGE HUGE SCAM.

It’s a total scam.Dont buy.You will never receive any products.The tracking numbers are different and fake.This happened to me

Received a vibrant LED party hat after two weeks, pleasantly surprised by its sturdiness. Packaging ensured it arrived intact, but design could be more innovative. Decent quality for the cost, overall satisfied.

Cancelled my order and they sent it anyway. The product is terrible and looks like dust in your hair. They refuse a refund, won't provide a return address, and threaten you with paying for shipping to China although the package came from Italy, then Chicago. Big Scam, do not order.

Scam. Avoid at all cost

Placed an order for buy one get one free. Charges were $25.97 a for Ed insurance charge of $1.04 and $5.99 express shipping charge (minimum charge). Express shipping is 3-7 days. Placed order on 7/20/24. Billed $33.00 and charged international by bank $0.33 fee. As of today 8/9/2024 have not received product. Keep getting email updates. Last update 8/3/24 tracking number given for unknown shipper. Email just states “parcel status has updated”. Sent email hopefully resolves or gets all charges credited
