The easiest service for contacts!
I always get my daughter’s contacts from ContactsDirect. The prescription is on file and I am able to just reorder and use my benefits in a matter of minutes. It is always a seamless process. Delivery is quick and customer service is great!

Customer service nightmare
It appeared I had received the wrong order so I reached out to try and get it corrected. Three chats and one phone call later I was able to finally determine where the disconnect was and that the order was correct afterall. But in 3 charts sessions, one in which the rep hung up on me, I was told thing that were wrong and/or misleading. It was not until I called and got a person that they cleared up some of the confusion. Just bad customer service overall and all around.

I was able to find the brand of contacts I use easily, the price was the most competitive of others, and my order arrived WAY faster than expected. I have a very tricky prescription that usually takes upward of 3-4 weeks to receive. What really won me over was that I can use my vision benefits at ContactsDirect. I'm very happy.

Difficult 1st Order & Customer Service Availability
It is very difficult to reach a live person on the phone if you are following the prompts. The chat option is not helpful and really doesn't help resolve your issues. When I finally reached a real person, they were very helpful & resolved my problem. It did take 3 or more different attempts to locate/replace our contacts ordered May 22nd but we did finally get them by June 8th. Overall stressful first experience ordering from the company, but if you get the right person to help it works out. The prices seem to be the cheapest if you purchase a 1 year supply & have EyeMed.

Twice the wrong contacts were sent to…
Twice the wrong contacts were sent to me. I was told that they would not be able to correctly fulfill my order. Sent back the incorrect lenses and am waiting for the refund so that I can purchase the lenses elsewhere. Very disappointing
