ContactsDirect was able to beat the price of Lens.com, which was a plus and the reason I chose to use them for my last contacts order. Shipping was quick once my prescription was verified and everything arrived just as expected. Was slightly bummed I couldn’t use coupons with my insurance, but otherwise things were great.

I have been using this website/company for a few years now. I always get my orders quickly and accurately. Using insurance is easy and they seem to have decent prices. I appreciate the ability to renew my prescription online quickly.

Some areas of improvement.
It's frustrating that I have to put in everything every time like uploading our Prescriptions Every time. Having to verify the Doctor with every order when those things do not change over the course of a year.
Also it's hit or miss if the order you place actually comes. The orders before last my left lense never came. It's like your company arbitrarily decides what it will do it's frustrating and annoying.
And in just two months my lenses went up in price by about 12$ It's outrageous!

Affordable, accurate, professional, fast
Customer service sounds kind polite professional and efficient. I had called to inquire if I could get the discount offered for purchasing a year's supply. I was accommodated. I also really appreciate the discount offered to government employees. I work for my city's Parks Department and I am a bicycle commuter. Contact lenses are essential to my job and my way of life. I also greatly appreciate the financing offered through a payment program, with no interest or fees, through my debit card.
My online order arrived correctly and quickly. I have used contacts direct many years in a row.
